I liked the amenities were water saving, the smart TV was a good size distance from the bed, the room was clean & a good size & Terry at the front desk was a delight. I also liked that there was no allocation for parking so I didn't have to worry if someone took my parking spot or worry about taking someone else's.

I think there should be a drinking chocolate option in the complimentary teas and coffee box. My 7 year old was fine with drinking just milk (I like black coffee anyway) but I thought it would be nice to see a milo or chocolate drink sachet for kids or people sensitive to caffeine.

For me i feel safe at this accommodation. The lady in reception is amazing and really makes the stay . I have been coming to this accommodation for many many years with work and surprisingly the stay prior another colleague booked the Quest in Sale. I found the Comfort Inn to be more personalized and although they were friendly and accommodating, the lady at reception just makes you feel welcome and safe at the Comfort Inn. Always very clean and tidy with no complaints.

Good value & very friendly & helpful staff. Room was very spacious & the water pressure excellent in the very spacious bathroom. Nice big towels too.... Great sized TV with free Netflix. Very convenient location for our visit. The grounds were immaculate - I wish my lawns were that good !!

I found the bed a little soft, but realise this is a personal thing. The pillows were definitely too soft though. Was annoyed that I couldnt use my phone charger as the power point in the room as was too close (low) to the bench. Had to use the one in the bathroom which was very worn & allowed the charger to drop out & subsequently not charge the phone.

Check in was fast and efficient, the room was a free upgrade to a suite. It was very large with a walk in robe type area, a bar fridge, a desk / bench table and a large TV. the bathroom was a good size also. The towels were large and a very good quality.. The shower while not great pressure, it was good and hot. The bed was a little harder than I like but still comfortable, the down side to the bed was a large control for an electric blanket which was on top of the mattress not down the side of the bed, it was difficult not to lay on it while sleeping. The pillows were a little too soft and flat. The area was mainly quiet, a few people around the area at night talking, and cars hooning.

Just the soft pillows and the hardness of the bed. Hooning which is no fault of the motel.

Very clean and tidy room, with good TV and air conditioning. Staff were able to accommodate request for long parking on-site, which provided more peace of mind than parking on the street overnight.

The security door chain has one screw missing, but it was was functional (albeit less strong). The beds could have been more comfortable.

Good stop over . A little noisy next to the highway but overall excellent stay and was allowed an extra hour and a half on check out due to the funeral service was at 2 and we didn't want to be in our monkey suits for 4 hours . Big shout out to the manager for that. Thanks again.

A bit of noise off the highway.

Immaculately clean inside and out. The gardens were superbly tidy and inside the property was equally as clean, even the remotes had been sanitised and were in a bag. It is not an ultra modern motel by any means but the staff were lovely and friendly and welcoming and the amenities were clean and comfortable. It was out of town a little but only a 5 minute drive to the shops. Would definitely stay there again.

The location was good. The welcome was very friendly.

The security light was on for most of the night- the light was coming in from around the blinds. There is no door on the main bedroom so privacy slightly compromised when others are staying in the second bedroom

Adequate but not worth the cost. The breakfast was not supplied and I had to chase it up before reception closed.

The lady at reception was not very helpful or welcoming. Breakfast not in room. She wasn’t helpful in suggesting a place to dine and said if we hadn’t booked anywhere we wouldn’t get in for dinner. We found this not to be the case at all.

Easy friendly check in and departure, great value for money, we stayed in the two bedroom unit which was as described, very clean, quiet and provided everything we needed.

Nothing really, unit was an older style unit but as described, the car park for the unit did feel a little exposed as is on the outside of the motel onto an open area but we had no issues.
