Breakfast was basic but OK. It was available from 6 am to 9 am. Yogurt machine was excellent. My only suggestion would be asking staff handling food to be extra careful about contamination. I saw the same person at the front desk dealing with door keys, touching the computer, wiping the tables and handling breakfast with the same pair of "disposable gloves". Gloves needed to be changed more often.

We were there for four nights, every night the keys didn't work and we were extremely careful about keeping the key cards far from anything magnetic. Pretty annoying to arrive late at the hotel and then later on returning to reception because our keys didn't open the door. Regarding the breakfast: If staff member could change gloves when dealing with breakfast food, that would be great. It was not his fault, they looked under staffed...for sure the front desk person needed help. During Easter's long weekend the breakfast area was crowded in the morning.

The location right off the freeway was ideal for my road trip! It was in a quiet area and had plenty of space for me to walk my dog. The manager , E. K., was extremely helpful and courteous ! He advised me that my rate from Booking.com was higher than the Best Western website. This was great info as it enabled me to change my bookings for future stops here and save some real money🤩 E.K. assisted me in getting my luggage to the room and gave a treat to my little doggo. I will be staying several more times this summer and really appreciated the outstanding customer service that E.K. provided!

Easy access to the highway, hotel was quiet and it was easy to make the room completely dark at night. Easy control of heating/air conditioning, to include an option to have the fan running for white noise while sleeping. Our room was very spacious!

Very close to train tracks, so there were train horns going throughout the night. There was a lot of snow and ice while we were there, but the parking lot never got plowed or sanded, only parking spaces got partially shoveled. Lighting in the room was harsh (bright white light) and the breakfast was meh, very few options compared to other hotels with continental breakfasts.

The staff was friendly and fantastic. The room I was given did not meet my standard of cleanliness so the front desk moved me to another room that was a lot better/cleaner. I am glad that the place is pet friendly since I was traveling with my small dog. The location is close to the highway for easy access. Gas station and convenience store a few seconds walk from the hotel. Plenty of parking. Ok breakfast. The hotel was not busy which is probably why it was nice and quiet.

Not much green space around the hotel to take the dog out to do his business. The area behind the hotel is kind of dumpy looking (dirt, some garbage, weeds.....not sure if there is some future development planned for this area but currently it is an eyesore). Some noise from the gas station/truck stop located right by the hotel if you are in a room that faces that way. Ask for a room that faces the back if you are a light sleeper.

Location was good for our journey, though not a lot close by. We just needed a place to sleep in the middle of our road trip and it was good for that. Room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast wasn't quite up and running by the time it was supposed to be, and we had to eat quickly to get on the road, so we didn't get to have the yogurt parfait bar or the pancakes. The rest of the food was fine, if everything is ready then it is a pretty good selection for the price of the hotel.

EK checked us in, he was incredibly friendly and welcoming! The room was very well appointed, the bathroom was great, all in all very nice!!

The remote for the TV needed some new batteries, but it wasn’t that big of an issue. The bed was super firm which was pretty uncomfortable. Also, we were driving a U-Haul with a trailer and there wasn’t much of a place to park it, but we made due.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the included breakfast has a delicious variety of hot and cold food to offer. The hotel is close to the freeway with easy access and a Pilot gas station with food services is directly next door.

The bed was too hard. The tv was confusing to use and local channels (such as ABC, NBC, CBS) were not available or needed security codes to access them. And unfortunately the ice machine was not in working order, so no ice was available.

Location and staff were great. The location was a perfection midpoint to our travel to and from Colorado. We took our dog and they were gracious about that choice.

Would prefer having a designated dog area pointed out to us. Attempted not to be close to windows. Would like a few restaurants that are a step up from McDonald’s close by… Got a couple Meal Deals!

Great helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Great value. I liked it better than staying right in a more expensive place in the heart of Flagstaff.

Not anything against the hotel, but it is about 10 miles out of Flagstaff and about 20 miles from Williams in the middle of nowhere except for the truck stop and McDonalds next door. But that could be a good thing too because the gas prices at the truck stop were a lot better than they were in Flagstaff. There was some noise from the truck stop.

Clean facility that was right next to gas station which had a subway and McDonald’s. Hotel is clean and modern.

Tv had satellite channels which was no problem, but setting up WiFi to the tv was a bit of a hassle, it wanted you to cast from your own device which I never do because of hackers. You could hear the train blowing pretty late into the night so maybe not the best spot for light sleepers due to the traffic flow (train and gas station right next door)
