Other than above, everything is excellent !!!

The room is too warm. It feels like there is not enough fresh air provided. Open the balcony door helps a little bit, but still feel very "dry". I suggest the hotel operator to open the door/window for a few hours everyday to keep fresh air ventilated.

Fabulous location, easy to get from the airport, and very convenient for three metro stations to get around the city. The hostel is on a quiet street, close to restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. It's a short walk to the National Museum and Sensō-ji temple. Excellent value for money. My capsule in the mixed dorm was comfortable and quiet. I had a lower one, so there was plenty of space for my bag under my bed. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was rainy, so they lent me an umbrella.

the hostel is perfect for a solo traveler like me. a separate female& male room, the room is quiet & over all the hotel is looking new modern and clean. The toilet and showers are clean too there is nothing to complain about actually on this hotel. i rate as 9/10 because the hotel did not provide a water dispenser , fridge in the kitchen. that would be nice if they are able to add that.

add more amenitiea in the kitchen area would be nice

It’s a basic capsule hostel. Very cramped room especially with people’s luggage’s everywhere but honestly for the price you pay and that too near Ueno station, you can’t really expect much. They had enough bathroom and common area upstairs to eat with microwave

Just look at other reviews but like I mentioned, either pay more for better accommodation because Tokyo is hella expensive or adjust to this because I stayed here for two nights and it wasn’t really a problem for me

Location. It’s situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood between Ueno and Asakusa. After a whole day exploring a busy and luminous city, it’s pleasant to get back to my hostel in a quiet area. Although the location is a bit far to the nearest train or metro stations, the distance is still walkable.

Noise. Capsules are just by the washing basins and the toilet, so it’s unavoidable that other guests might make noise. Nevertheless, be sure to bring eye masks and earplugs, and the problem would be solved.

Great price, very clean, has all the basic amenities making it good for those who don't spend a lot of time in their hotels when traveling and just need a place to rest and clean up. Lots of shower rooms, and hair dryers were placed directly in each shower room, so I never had to wait around.

The beds weren't very comfortable, but I was still able to rest well enough on them.

What I liked the most was how clean, tidy and comfortable they keep the hotel. The whole staff was so professional, friendly and warm. They are completely willing to support you with everything you need. My friend and I recieved a close and kind service. Staff speak english. You can communicate without any problem. Showers and toilets: 100% clean and working perfectly. Common area is perfect if you need to talk by videocall. The Hotel was so well located. Near to "Ueno Station", a very important station if you want to visit the main attractions in Tokyo. You will have a fantastic experience staying here.

Quite and away from all the hustle and bustle of a city center A place to recuperate after a day out. Recommended this place for someone traveling solo. The staff were friendly. I was emailed aap. Of how to get to the property which was helpful. Lots of places to eat along the way that I was spoiled for choice ❤️Thank you once again

Location but only because of walking distance. Neighborhood appears safe when arrive near midnight some nights. Street were quite😊

Clean, quiet place that's not too far from Ueno station which is packed with activity and food places. They have spilt the area below the beds into 2 (one for the top bunk and one for the bottom) which is uncommon but very useful and ensures people sleeping on the top have ample space to store their belongings.

There were no towels provided, but they were available as low as 100 yen.

Location is very nice, near by Ueno for connection to airport. Good deal quality/price. You can set intensity of light in your room.

In my opinion there should be any option to take plate or glass during your meal time in lounge.
