It was super clean and had all the facilities I needed! There was a microwave and fridge so if you have food or beverages to heat, it’s extremely convenient! Though I did not use them, there were also equipment to use for cooking and a kettle. It’s literally an Airbnb. Was super spacious too for one person. I also did like the location as it was in the more suburban part of Ueno. If you dislike walking to far from the station or want to get to Ueno station / Keisei-Ueno station faster, it might be a bit of a hassle. However, you’re able to explore more the inner parts of the city and look for more local spots.

When I was showering the shower handle would turn automatically to a diagonal direction, so I was huddled up next to the wall. It was a slight bother but did not overweigh the pros.

The room was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the aircon was strong which was perfect for summer, and the fridge even had a freezer which was a great bonus. The kitchen was a good size, and the bathroom was modern and clean. We also really appreciated the TV with Netflix and other streaming services, as most places only have Japanese channels. Self check-in using the code and tablet was very easy and convenient. The location was also handy, with Ueno Park, shops, and plenty of food options all nearby.

The stairs to levels 2 and 3 were very steep and angled, which made carrying luggage a struggle. Communication from staff was minimal with delayed responses, and there was no option to store luggage before or after check-in, this worked okay for us but just something to consider. The photos showed a washing machine, but this isn’t available in every room, so we couldn’t use one. Security-wise, it would feel safer if there was a main door or gate at the bottom of the stairs, as currently you can walk straight to the room doors from the street. We also found the relax room let in a lot of light in the mornings without a blind.

One of the BEST hotels we have stayed in! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It is in a nice quiet neighbourhood with a 7-eleven just 1 minute walk down the road, and only a short 10 min walk to the underground. The bed was so comfy, everything was so clean and the check in was super easy! If you’re looking for somewhere that’s central to most popular places like Asakusa, Shibuya and Shinjuku, but is also in a nice quiet area would 1000% recommend! 🌟🌟

The room is very clean with excellent equipment and the impressive thing is there are 3days of bath towel which don't worry about the usage. Automatic check in/out by the website is good for those without human contact requirement.

The stair is steep. You need to carry the baggage from the first floor to the second and space is tight. There are no any lobby or agent service, you need to take care of anything by yourself.

Quiet, cute and convenient spot in Ueno about 7-10 minutes walk to the station close and around the corner from a 24 hour grocery store and konbini, perfect for late night/early morning snack & coffee runs. Clean, comfortable bed and pretty spacious for a Tokyo accommodation. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in a different area of Tokyo.

The long stairs are tough if you have big luggage. Detailed floor plans should be provided or no lift alert in order to manage expectations.

The spacious rooms and the easy check-in and check-out procedure. The place is in a quiet street, but close to Ueno station so perfect for transport.

No metro stations very near.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was very good value for Tokyo.

Just noting that the toilet is located on the first floor with the other bedrooms up flights of stairs.

Neat and clean

Narrow steep steps, to the room on the third floor.. just made it a bit difficult to take our suitcases up. But it was fine otherwise.

Appartment was cozy, had a nice location, near Ueno Station. Staff was very kind. Would reccomend.

Kitchen was a bit small but for tokyo visitors no problem.
