Microwave in the room and a very short walk from Ueno Station and Keisei

The room wasn't cleaned neatly when I first cheked in.

Great location five minutes walk from Ueno station, and super value for money. Staff were great and everything needed was there.

location was great, the room was comfortable and affordable. not far from Ueno station either

only downside is despite the room being non smoking, the towels smelled of cigarette smoke and if you turned the fan on in the bathroom to the “strong” setting it smelled like smoke in the room. fortunately there was an air purifier in the room to help with this though

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is strategic, walking distance to public transport and attractions.

The bed no so comfortable and not clean enough. And the room quite small

it is what it is a small room, near Ueno station with a nice bed and bathroom, i loved how near it was from ueno station

there is dust under the bed, which i am allergic to so it made my stay a little bit less special

The room is super small. Smaller than we tought for a couple but it was still a nice stay.

Quite near to the Ueno JR station, just a few minutes walk. 15 minutes Walk to the Ueno Keisei station (Narita airport skyliner train) The room has a microwave oven and a mini fridge. Clean. Good water pressure.

Close proximity to the train stations. There were 3 convenience stores around the hotel. The area was also very quiet.

Not far from station , Have 7-11 near hotel.
