We were very happy with our stay at the Impero Napflio! The modern, high ceililnged room was amply sized with a comfortable bed, good wifi and electrical connections. Averting eyes from unrelated and unfilled old swimming pool on the property across the street, the view fromm the room and balcony of harbor, mountains and venetian fort were lovely. Breakfast was excellent and ample with fresh squeezed OJ,fresh and good coffee, a changing assortment of very good pies/pastries as well as fruit, yogurt and freshly cooked egg dishes. Importantly, the location was central yet quiet and was easily accessible by car which was a plus in that town and on a level with the harbor/Syntagma square area where we greatly enjoyed Carnival and restaurant dining.

Nothing, we liked everything. Just noting here that while the hotel is located conveneniently on a level with the harbor and main commercial area, it does not have an elevator. Climbing their well-built wide staircase was fine for us but might be a consideration for folks with accessibility issues. Such folks should also consider that a large part of the historic town is on a hill, so navigating steep winding streets, footpaths and pedestrian stairs may be involved in basing at some of the very nice hotels. and should be considered when choosing lodgings in Napflio.

The hotel building is impressive—a beautifully renovated historic structure. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Agapi, who was absolutely lovely. We were upgraded to a sea-view room, which was amazing: spacious, clean, stylishly designed, with a direct view of Bourtzi. The bed was extra wide and super comfortable, and the bathroom was fully equipped. Excellent and powerful air conditioning. Nafplio is stunning, with charming stone alleys and boutique shops

During busy season, parking can be a bit challenging—even though there’s a large free public lot right next to the hotel

The nice boutique hotel with splendid location, just 7 rooms, styled with modern-styled furniture with the rough stone walls. The breakfast was nice and plentiful, the personnel were very kind and hospitable.

The breakfast was just 2 hours , from 8 to 10 am. That could be inconvenient, if you need to start your day earlier. The reception works till 10 pm, need to suit to check in, but the guests have their own keys for the front door, so that's ok

Beautiful boutique hotel with incredible views of the water. We had a junior suite with seaviews. Excellent location, an easy walk to many good restaurants and shops in the waterfront area. The staff, especially Agape, were excellent - friendly, helpful, and kind. Very good breakfast and wonderful treats in the room. The chocolates were amazing! Very comfortable beds.

The hotel is directly on a street with regular traffic. We could hear the cars going by all the time. Fortunately this subsided later at night so we could sleep well. Parking is not directly in front of the hotel, though not too far away.

Breakfast was good, with freshly squeezed orange juice and properly made espresso based drinks included. Location is very good, though keep in mind that this comes with challenges regarding parking.

The rooms are a bit noisy. Both from the internal hallway, as well as from a side-street (walking path with stairs) which runs right by the window. There is no elevator, and all rooms are one (or two) floors up.

Great location right at the harbour walkway, 5 minute stroll to the town area. Loved walking the harbour in the evening and looking at all the fancy yachts. Hotel was lovely, very modern, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good each morning with many choices. Parking can be tough, but we were lucky to get a spot at the lot at the end of the street. We had room #6 with a balcony and enjoyed sitting & people watching.

We found the industrial hand soap and toilet paper dispensers in the bathroom a tad impersonal. Would be nicer to have bar soap (personal preference).

Highly recommended hotel: The room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was great. The stuff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic in short walking distance from main attractions, but not to close so no noise at night. Guests with walking disabilities should take into consideration that the rooms are only accessible by stairs. Car parking may only be far away at certain times. Altogether an authentic Nafplio experience.

Good location, rooms nicely decorated, a plus that they offer pet friendly rooms as well. Good quality bathroom amenities, very clean, the maid is very kind and attentive to details. Good heating system and no issues with the warm water.

Room size is little for being called “suite” and being charged as suite price. For a couple is quite small. As you open the door you have a few cm to hit the bed. The door basically opens to bed. Tv is mounted on the wall very high, almost in the ceiling. The bathroom smells I understood is related to the fact that the building is old, historical one. The rooms aren’t soundproof you can hear noises from all rooms around and what they are talking in other rooms. Breakfast is average, basic and the atmosphere of breakfast room needs some improvement, it feels little sad.

Excellent location with stunning views and walking distance from the old town. Beautifully renovated old building with a Greek traditional character.

It gets noisy during the night as the building is located on the main road and the windows are not well sound-proofed. This made it difficult to sleep especially on Saturday night.
