We had the most wonderful stay at apartment 185 and will definitely be back. The apartment is spacious, beautifully presented, and offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. Having direct swim-out access was fantastic. The water outside the room is deep, which we loved! While the pool does get busier in the afternoons, it’s perfect for families, and our children had a great time. The beds deserve a special mention. They are the most comfortable we have ever slept in while away, and made such a difference to our holiday, allowing us to truly rest and recharge. The apartment is very well-equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals, including thoughtful touches like tupperware containers, which came in so handy for day trips and packing snacks for the kids. We can't wait to return to this beautiful resort!

Fantastic stay at the Sea Temple. Could not fault anything. Room was big and comfy, very clean and had everything we needed. The rooftop balcony with the spa and bbq was such a great bonus that we got to use in the evenings. Juanita was great to communicate with, she booked our shuttle bus from the airport to the resort which was very convenient for us as we were travelling with a toddler. The resort is located about 8 minutes from town with the shuttle bus which is superb. I highly recommend staying at the sea temple. If we return to Port Douglas in the future we will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom swimout with two young children. The main feature of our room was that you could swim out from your balcony right into the pool. We found the swimout to offer a wonderfully relaxing holiday for the whole family as we were able to supervise their swimming from the comfort of our private patio area. The decor of the resort was tasteful and our room and was spotless in its cleanliness and general upkeep. The landscaping and grounds were first rate. The resort has direct access to the beach and it is a beautiful place to walk in the morning or evening. We hired a car in Cairns and I was very pleased to have the independence that this afforded in getting around Port Douglas. Overall, a wonderful resort, which I would not hesitate to recommend.

Lovely large apartment, very clean and plenty of kitchen items/cleaning supplies provided. Great pool area and pool bar.

The car parking situation is not sufficient. The car space is supposed to be specifically allocated to this apartment, but apparently others can also park in it? This often left us without a car park as visitors spots were also all taken. Slightly annoying for the amount we paid for this apartment. Also, only 1 hand towel is provided for 2 people (each bedroom). I have never been to a luxury apartment that doesn’t provide a hand towel for each person. Lastly, whilst the resort is lovely, there is only 1 restaurant option for dinner and unfortunately it’s not super close to the main strip where cafes/bars/restaurants are located (approx 8 min drive).

This was a fabulously located apartment right near the bar. It had two exits of the apartment that could access the swim out to the beautiful pool. The pool was like nothing we’ve ever experienced. It was amazing! The apartment was very comfortable with comfortable beds and great air conditioning for the hot days we experienced. The coffee machine and lots of pods provided were a great touch.

Some of the light in the kitchen didn’t work. And the host was very difficult to get in contact with from before our arrival and during our stay.

Room was great. Beds were comfy. There were enough towels and pool towels too. Plenty of cups and plates. Laundry included was wonderful. Rooftop spa and area was used lots and a great extra space, we loved warming up in the spa after being in the big pool all day! Being able to use all facilities in the hotel is great and just take your card to purchase at the restaurant and bar. Lots of parking, we didn't use the garage as someone else was in there but plenty of other spots. We will return, we had a great stay!

Absolutely Amazing Place to Holiday. My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and we had an awesome experience. The resort is absolutely stunning. Everything was great, the main foyer was so welcoming and the pool was just incredible. The room we had was very spacious and we also had a patio that overlooked the pool and garden area. We could not fault anything at all. The staff were very friendly and we dined at Aluco for an evening meal which was also brilliant. I would highly recommend staying here for comfort, quality and total relaxation. This place is great for a romantic getaway, family time away, business trips, girls weekend or to just spend some time alone. The beach is a few steps away down a boardwalk and I highly recommend visiting the Port Douglas market on Sunday morning.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Lovely resort features. The pool was excellent. The apartment had everything we needed. Well stocked, clean and spacious.

There was a mouldy smell throughout the apartment during the stay. The resort was not as close to town as I hoped but the shuttle buses were a great idea. The resort restaurant had a very limited menu and it was quite expensive.

We recently spent 3 nights with friends at Sea Temple and had the most wonderful time. Port Douglas in general is beautiful and our stay at Sea Temple only enhanced our trip. We stayed in a penthouse apartment with access to the rooftop spa. Our room overlooked the swimming pool and was only a 1 minute or less walk to get into the pool area. It was clean, the furniture was beautiful and well maintained, it was spacious and quiet. Our bed was so comfortable! The facilities in the resort are beautiful, the pool is just amazing, we would swim most mornings or afternoons whilst enjoying cocktails from the pool bar in the pool and then go back and swim every night or sit in the spa after returning from dinner in town. We hired a car to get around and there was plenty of complimentary parking close to our apartment. We never dined in the hotel’s restaurant but it smelt delicious and was always pretty busy. The service was amazing and the hotel itself is gorgeous. We will definitely be back to stay!! Thankyou Sea Temple!!

That we didn't stay longer!

Apartment was spacious, comfortable and it had wonderful view of the pool area. Pool and pool bar were fabulous, one of the best resort pools. Xavier at the pool bar was friendly and professional. Our property manager, Juanita, was always available to resolve any issues for us. Aluco restaurant was nice and staff were excellent.

Apartment Bathroom was aged and needed renovation. Pool bathroom wasn’t clean and there was no soap in the bathroom
