The dressing table was very sticky.... The TV stand was very sticky......

The location was great and staff friendly. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view, and the buffet breakfast was lovely.

The restaurant menu served me a bunny chow that taste really bad so had to be changed to a different dish. The pool was not so clean, very noisy and inundated with people from outside who did not stay at the hotel.

Bar area around the pool not well maintained and cleaned. Poor bar service, not well stocked with ice etc. Be careful of having your card scammed

Food was excelllen - Kitchen Mananger Mannie is an asset to your establishment and could assist us with most questions. He also made us so comforable - we felt like family in the dinningroom.

There was a little noise comming from the dinning area on Friday night and from other occupants which was annoying

1.When we booked we were not informed that our booking had no breakfast we ended up paying cash for it 2.We were a group of 4 ladies but provided with only 2 toilet rolls

The beds were old and sunken. The linen was also old and stained and not changed during my six day stay, just neatened.

I liked everything except for at check in the one receptionist was not as welcoming and stayed on the phone for about 5 minutes with me standing in front of her. She didn’t even make eye contact even though I was ushered to her by another employee. But the other receptionist quickly remedied the situation when she was done checking in another customer. I also used the online check in process but don’t see its use because I still had to complete my details and sign a form.
