Breakfast was good but one morning the waffle batter was extra thick and lumpy but edible.

Ceiling fans and vent dirty above the breakfast food and toilet in the room had some brown gunk stuck in the seat hinge. Couch in room was very, very dirty especially on the arms. Remote control for tv had its batteries taped on the back to hold them in. Rooms should also have paper towels in them.

Zach was an amazing clerk. When we discovered the room had not been cleaned, he immediately found us an upgraded room. When the T. V. did not work, he came to our room and trouble shooted the problem so we could view the news. He did so in a polite and professional manner. The next morning the manager and breakfast attendant were both very helpful in taking care of our questions and requests.

All went well, your staff is excellent. The room was well maintained, the bed was made and the room was cleaned for me every day of my stay.

It very well may be out of your hands. There is an abandoned building across from the hotel that gives the area a sad feel to it. Although the trees and lanscaping hide it farely well.

I absolutely love this hotel. It has amazing service, and amazing rooms. It was a spectacular experience. Will we return when when visit this location again!!! I'll recommend it to everyone!

I didn't like it when we had to leave! I absolutely adore this hotel. It's top notch!

The size of the room. Nice flooring.

The leather was cracked and peeling from the ottoman and chair. Water was spraying from the side of the shower head all over the glass. Having a king sized bed and only 4 small square pillows was awkward and not comfortable

Breakfast choices

Had just taken a shower while getting dressed and getting ready to leave we noticed that our bottoms of our feet were black after we took the shower from walking around in front of the mirror in the bathroom area. Obviously, the floors weren’t very clean.

Location was good, the room was amazing. So clean and comfortable and very modern and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast.

Staff could have been available at the counter during peak check out time. A couple of other guests had to go outside to ask them to come in from their smoke break to check us out. Maybe an automated system for checking out?

Cleanliness and accessibility plus the evening and night staff are exceptional...... I would recommend this hotel to anyone..... Thank you for accommodating my stay and I will stay here for all future trips

Morning staff could be a little rude

The employees were friendly information on and there's restaurants nearby it was in a good location

Didn't have a shuttle from the train station to the hotel

The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

I enjoyed everything, my only concern is the rooms weren't very sound proof. We heard everyone walking and talking in the hall all day and all night.
