Breakfast and decoration

I booked the hotel in English, in my name. When my boyfriend and I made there, the lady was only talking to my Italian boyfriend (in Italian language), she never even looked at me or asked if it was okay to speak in Italian. Also, I believe this same person was texting me earlier (in English ) if we could make to the hotel before 20 pm. We said we would do our best, and she sent another text requesting no later than 1930. She was pressuring us to get the time she wanted .

We absolutely loved this place. Originally, we booked one night only, but as soon as we checked in, we decided to stay for one more. Everything was perfect - the entire house, our room, the garden, the pool... We spent a wonderful evening by the pool enjoying house rosé and some tasty nibbles. Breakfast was amazing, too, with a choice of local salamis, pastry, and a few sweet options. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Highly highly recommended

I liked the spacious rooms, the super friendly host that also provided us a printed list with restaurants, the breakfast was so nice in the garden, so relaxing.

Watch out there is a church right next to the hotel. My partner didn't sleep from 6-7 am due to noise of the bells. There is no private parking, you just park on the street but you find places, no worries. Just in case you rent the car like us, you might be little worried.

This place was a little oasis! Immaculate garden with sunloungers and a little pool. Only 15 mins away from Pisa car hire place so ideal for a one night stay at the start or end of your holiday.lovely room with sunblinds. Good air con.Comfy bed with soft pillows. Pre order breakfast night before.They recommended a restaurant in Casciana which was only 5 minutes drive away. This small town was a pleasant surprise! Main high street all pedestrianised with restaurants and families out.

The scented diffusers everywhere were a little strong! But really this was a minor point! Nice coffee for breakfast.

The hotel was immaculate. The 2 ladies who assisted us could not do more (except for giving us the wrong code to get in ). The plunge pool was a welcomed necessity

We got locked out as the code provided was wrong - but they did answer the phone and let us in (a little panicked) The photo of the pool was a little misleading as it looked much bigger - but met our needs as it was very hot

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The house is BEAUTIFUL and smells absolutely wonderful! The hosts are so kind and the breakfast is absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen such an amazing breakfast spread before. Highly highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed the place - a hidden pearl and a very lovely surprise. Hosts greeted us very kindly. We absolutely loved our room. All small details and romantic interior of the place makes it special. The room had 2 separate AC and TV (we had 2 rooms - for me and kids). The garden was very nice. This is a place to come back. My son asked: "Why we did not stay here when we arrived? ") We traveled different cities in 10 days. Hosts provided us take away breakfast - since our flight was early. frankly - there is no such thing. Yes - the pool was small - but it did not matter overall.

Such a cute boutique hotel that smells absolutely beautifully. We only spent a night there cause we wanted to visit Pisa but we could have definitely stayed more. Amazing breakfast and the staff was so friendly. The shower gel/lotion they use is amazing. Will definitely come back at some point.

Great hotel and the lady who did the breakfast was amazing (even though she didn't understand 1 single word in english).

The hotel was "sprayed down" with perfume. My wife loved the hotel. For me it was a little bit "too much". Guess it's more of a women's hotel

The room was great, big and clean. The room was cleaned every day. The people were very kind and were always trying to make the stay better. We had a good breakfast everyday. the pool area was very relaxing.
