1. The place is well kept but clearly out of date. It is good that they are renovating. 2. The beach was clean and the staff were always helpful both by the beach and the room service. 3. It is nice and convenient that they offer a verity of restaurants in the property.

1. Most of the staff were nice. But phe person checking me in overcharged me. And when I notified him, he tried to dismiss it by saying it’s taxes (not even looking me in the face), then saying it’s from foreign exchange. I showed him that’s both times he’s wrong, but he was resistant. I thought that was very disrespectful and dismissive, and wouldn’t be surprised if it worked on other customers who didn’t notice. He didn’t even apologize. But they did refund me later. 2. Wifi isn’t free, which doesn’t make sense, especially because the cellular service was bad.

From the moment we arrived, everything was just perfect! Yousef Alblooshi welcomed us with so much warmth and even surprised us with a beautiful room upgrade, which made our arrival extra special. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible care and attention from Mohamed Salman. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect, always checking in on us with genuine kindness and a big smile. His hospitality made us feel like family, not just guests. I had requested a small arrangement to celebrate Eid, but what the team prepared was far beyond my expectations — my wife was deeply touched to find the room decorated with beautiful flowers, chocolates, and a warm festive atmosphere. Special thanks as well to Mohamed Eqbal and Aref from room service for their excellent service and attention. This was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The staff weren’t just professional, they were truly caring and thoughtful. We left with beautiful memories, thanks to the entire team. We can’t wait to come back again!

It is an old hotel with impression of a brand new hotel, the staff are amazing, I have been to multiple 5 stars hotels with very good reputation but non of those had same energy and enthusiasm among their staff. They were very welcoming and did everything perfect. I would rate my stay 2/10 if it wasn't for the staff!! although the hotel is amazing because of 1. Staff 2. multiple restaurants with different styles (Mexican, indian, etc..) 3. The hookah/shisha lounge is amazing 4. Multiple pools with one of them being big enough ! 5. Breakfast: The view of the breakfast room is incredible, I love it, the breakfast itself is diverse (although I have had better diversity in other hotels, yet it was amazing and we enjoyed it) 6. The couple massage was perfect 7. Each restaurant and bar is best at special timing of the day, for examole, one of the bars was amazing at night due to lightening and atmosphere while the mexican restaurant is also amazing at night, it was romanting in the non smoking area 8. The staff member, Mohammad Bin salman, welcomed and introduced us to the place, he was so welcoming and professional.
