Me and my boyfriend went for a 6 day ski holiday. We had a nice spacious room, with two balconies. It had a bedroom and a living room, which was very helpful for a longer stay. Good location, in the upper part of the resort, 10-15 minutes walk from the 1000 m gondola. This was good and bad, bad because is too close to get a taxi and is quite a walk in the ski boots. We drove there couple of days, when the gondola parking wasn't so busy and walked the other ones. I guess is a better location for hiking or other summer activities. Situated just next door to Cabana Schiori which has a great restaurant. The hotel has both a sauna and a steam room but you need to book them in the morning and you can only book one at a time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but good and plenty.

There isn't a ski room in the hotel and the rooms don't come with a bathtub which I find quite important after a day of skiing. I saw some rooms in the pictures had bathtub when I booked and I presumed that's the case for all the rooms but I guess you need to book specific ones. Nothing major though.

Happy with our stay. The hotel has a good position, within walking distance you can find Peles Castel and Gondola Sinaia. Very warm winter holidays arrangement in the hotel, with a restaurant on the ground floor, a billiard table, sauna, hamam and fitness room at 3rd floor. All these are very handy because the sunset in the winter is at 4-5 pm, so you have what to do with family or friends till sleep time. Very nice personnel, always approved my reservation requests for sauna and billiard table. The reservation is usually 30 minutes for one room. But since we were 9 people in 5 rooms we always took 2h 30min which was good enough.

We had only one one person blanket and two big pillows, but they gave us one more at request. No small or medium size pillows, also no slippers, but the last one is not critical because the hotel has a good carpet in rooms and corridors. Also, it was a bit cold and very dry in our room. To make it warmer, we had to torn on a portable heater that was provided in each room, worked well, but this made the air even dryer.

Was good to see electric kettle and free coffee in the room,good air in the balcony and nice forest view.

They can improve the breakfast (was very limited and not tasty). If they have a free sauna,is supposed to be functional and not to stay with the lady from front desk near the sauna door ,waiting for stop the electricity..☹️

We enjoyed the sauna and the staff who were very helpful. We had a room that had a bad cigarette smell, and they were able to change us to a much better room, which completely saved our stay. The location is good, if you are coming by car, and you want to go hiking into the mountains.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it wasn't bad. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the internet in the room was very disappointing. Despite their claims of having high-speed internet, the connection was extremely slow and unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done. If you rely on a good internet connection during your stay, you might want to look elsewhere.

It's a fair 3 star hotel. The area is quiet, not crowded at all. The rooms are large and well equipped, it's worth upgrading to a suite if available. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had decent options. The restaurant is decent for the price.

The floors should have been cleaner. Bathrooms could use some maintenance. But overall a good experience.

A lovely hotel with wonderfully friendly staff and very nice rooms. The breakfast was good and the food in the restaurant excellent. The location is very close to the cable car station and a relatively short walk to Peles Castle. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff was very helpfull, the facilities well endowed, room confortable and warm.

We stayed on the third floor and there's no elevator, a problem for people with knee problems such as myself. A very nice lady helped me upstairs with the luggage, but stairs are still a problem for me. Only one outlet in the room for charging phones and devices.

Breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of items to eat. Coffee was great. Staff were incredible nice, helpful, patient and accommodating. Location is perfect for exploring the mountains but getting to and from "downtown" was a trek. This wasn't a problem as we had a car... I'm sure there are buses that would also get you there and back. It's very quiet at the location which is perfect after a long day out and about..

Can't think of anything I'd change really.
