Location good. Close to movie theater and Hwy 111/ Rancho Mirage. Casa Blanca Mex Restaurant on Palm Date is also good. Desk staff Dawn is very nice. Breakfast is good too. Plenty of food and hot. Could use someone making pancakes though, and bacon. Sausage has very little to no sausage flavor.

Pool area needs more tables with umbrellas, chairs and lounge chairs. Movable umbrellas would be great since the sun moves all day and there is no shade in pool area without an umbrella. The spring on the pool fence gate could use tweaking so it doesn't slam every time someone opens it. Should people be allowed to play music? Probably not.

The property was in a good location with a lot of parking options. It was clean. The breakfast was very good and had slot of options. The staff were excellent. I forgot my phone charger and housekeeping came out to my car while I was loading our items and handed it to me. Wow!! I didn’t expect that to happen and I was very pleased.

I wanted to get in the pool at 8:45 before it got too hot outside and the maintenance person was cleaning it still and said, “it would be done in 15 minutes. A bit disappointing. Maybe update the hours to open at 9am or have it cleaned earlier.

Clean, modern room. Easy access from every side of the building to parking.

Just some weird noises from gurgling pipes and stuff; typical of hotels. Also, I need a 100% dark room and I had to cover the microwave timer light as it's pointed right at the bed. The breakfast was garbage. Not atypical but liquid eggs and cardboard sausage are disgusting. I don't eat carbs so maybe the waffles and cereals were good but I doubt it. I had an "omelette" and some scrambled eggs. I tried one bite of the "sausage" and threw it away.

It was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed at! There was NO SIGN of any people staying in that room before us. Immaculate. The breakfast was nice because they had hot food such as eggs, bacon and potatoes. They also had waffles and oatmeal available. Very nice.

The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. But they were just a little too casual for my liking. Casual dress, obviously using cell phones when they were not helping others, gathering and joking around. As I mentioned, they were quite helpful and available. But that behavior should be done away from the eyes of the customer. It was a small thing, really. The jacuzzi only had a capacity of 5. That's mighty small for a big hotel!

Staff was great, room was clean. The location we stayed was good as we spent most our time hiking around Joshua Tree National Park, which was an hour away from the hotel. We definitely will stay at this hotel again.

The breakfast was ok, but twice another guest had to ask if they were going to re-stock some of the items, they ran out before 7:30, ran out of coffee before 8:00. Last two days we went to a restaurant by the hotel to eat breakfast. (It was called Michaels, walking distance from hotel, and the service & food was phenomenal) The breakfast, if you got up at 6:30 when it opened, was fully stocked and pretty good.

Best pool area ever. Roomy kidney shaped pool with expansive deck, lots of chairs and wide open view of the mountains. Also great views from the breakfast area. Interior recently remodeled, all new.

Breakfast was overall good, but bring your own pepper to enhance the very bland sausage gravy. Bathroom lights were unbearable harsh. Could use separate switches for overhead and vanity.

I liked the location with regards to family staying within walking distance from hotel . The hot breakfast available every morning was convenient. I felt very comfortable security wise as I was a solo traveler. There was always hot water for shower, refrigerator and microwave was great to have in the room.

The lack of walkable shopping from hotel. No interesting walks around hotel, was not told of some of amenities, ie filtered water station.

The complementary breakfast was good, it had a nice variety of hot and cold items. The room was clean and modern with a nice sitting area. The pool was nice and they even provided towels. My only complaint is that their key system was down the first day we were there so we had to go to the front desk to have someone let us in our room any time we left and came back. Thankfully it was fixed the next day and we were able to use our key. The location was great, there was a convenience store and several restaurants just across the parking lot. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is good. Waffles, pancakes, potatos, sausage, bacon, cereals, milk, juice, biscuits, etc. Could use bacon everyday though. Super easy and fast check in and out. Good gym. Pool area very clean.

Bed pillows tend to be flat, mattress a little saggy, could use more channel variety on cable tv, needs bigger fridge. Could use more chairs at pool area.

Clean, friendly staff, good sized rooms. Love that the rooms have electronic shades for the windows.

With so much counter space in the living room, it baffles me why they chose to put the microwave under the TV in front of the bed, 2 feet from the floor, and the refrigerator in the bedroom area as well, when there is so much exposed empty spaces in the living room. It was also awkward to hear a supervisor bully a female staffer telling her she had no choice but to work back to back extended shifts during Labor Day weekend. So much for professionalism. The Passionfruit, mango, guava beverage has this after taste that’s hard to describe and is very unpleasant. Be sure to skip it when getting breakfast. Elevators are slow, slow, slow, so be patient.
