The location is perfect, offering easy access to everything I needed, and the surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. The food was delicious with a variety of options to satisfy every taste, and the overall hospitality was outstanding. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Manuella at reception truly went above and beyond, treating me as though I were a guest in her own home. A particularly thoughtful gesture was when she shared her personal breakfast—a delicious Lebanese za’atar sandwich—with me. Her kindness made my stay even more memorable.

the central heater in the room was quite hot, and since it can’t be adjusted individually, it would be great if the temperature could be regulated to make it more comfortable. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel!

The shower gel and amenities in the room do not meet the standards expected for a hotel of this caliber. The location is perfect, though the breakfast could benefit from more variety and improvement.

Just got back from a 3-night stay at Al Habtoor in Lebanon, it exceeded expectations. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and a big part of that was thanks to Manuella—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From check-in to restaurant recommendations, she handled everything with a warm smile and genuine professionalism. My experience at the Habtoor Friend Beirut Hilton Hotel is the most beautiful pleasure. It was the distinctive ruins, the location and the room service are very good, and the restaurant is delicious.

As for the reception team, it is a special case of cooperation, taste and a smile that relaxes the same guest, especially the mention of Ali, Jad, Manuela and the rest of the team. I did not memorize their name and I like to meet them many times.

the staff excellent very kind, the room was clean& beautiful with a large balcony. The international & lebanese breakfast delicious ,generous with a superb view at the 31th floor. I had gifts for my dog,it was a very nice gesture. And finally a big thanks for Manuella at the reception for being so available & kind from the first day till the end of my stay like the concierge a real gentleman.
