Beds are nice room is spacious has safe in room, good wifi, good breakfast

The pool tho nice is very cramped it’s over three levels and each get smaller and smaller, it’s also got basketball hoops in the bigger area which tho fun when there are lots of kids playing there is no where to swim (also not many pool chairs to use I would say under 20 in the resort 10 couples or a few families and their full) As most hotel’s restaurants ect have a service charge in Bali I expected one here but 21% is extremely high (usually 10-14) in which even in happy hour two cocktails are $30 Australian dollars a Bintang probably $10-12 each As well as when checking in the staff didn’t show us where the lift was or point us in the direction of our room which (a first world problem I know I felt silly having to go back and ask where the lifts were when we couldn’t find them)

Perfect location. Walking distance to so many places. Better pool.

Only problem mattress need to change. Not comfortable sleeping. And for muslim, it's hard to eat since they serve pork.

Room was huge and the breakfast options were plentiful and outstanding. The segregated pool area meant you could have a more private swimming / soaking experience and the wait staff there were very helpful. Hotel offers a good, safe and fair money exchange money service. The location was great and walking distance to everything downtown Kuta. The property backs on to Kuta beach but beach access is a short walk where there are plentiful small restaurants and bars. We were thoroughly thrilled with our room and our stay. The staff were magnificent and very helpful. We would stay here again.

The on site restaurant just outside the Hotel is a bit expensive and the food not great. Food served was cold and tasteless - avoid the fish and the burgers. Not much else to say on the negative front. Overall this was a great place to flop and drop for 7 days.

Great place close to everything The only thing needs a paint job inside and out

We were greeted at the Kuta Paradiso Hotel with a Welcome drink upon arrival, and then found fresh flowers and a delicious plate of tropical fruit in our hotel room. This is a visually stunning resort, with Staff who were caring, smiling, appeared happy in their jobs, and seemed keen to assist in anything to ensure a fun and safe stay for all their guests. Wonderful breakfasts, gorgeous and clean swimming pools with enough sun~lounges for all guests who wanted to spend a day relaxing by the pools. The hotel is interestingly laid out in the outside area as well, with rock~pools, bridges and fountains to explore, and an outside bar serving cocktails, beers, wines and spirits ~ perfect for terrific photos. Even the fluffy towels the hotel provides free for the sun lounges are perfumed! Daily room cleaning and tidying, which was done swiftly after we placed our 'make up my room' sign on the door.

Didn't like leaving

We have stayed here several times and Kuta Paradiso never disappoints. We stayed in a super deluxe pool view room that had been freshly painted and with new curtains. It was very clean and had very good air-con. Super comfy bed, pillows and bedding. I love the security at this hotel and the giant lobby area. Beautiful and interesting pool with plenty of little quiet nooks to lounge around in the water by myself. Alternatively there is an area to let loose and shoot hoops in the pool, something for everyone. Lots of sun loungers to choose from. Nice clean bathroom with lovely toiletries and big white towels. Excellent wifi in our room and good power sockets throughout to recharge devices. One of the best buffet breakfasts you can get in this area and the spa does amazing massages! One morning the restaurant staff paraded out of the kitchen all singing happy birthday to a little girl .. I especially loved that they were using big 20L water bottles to drum along, and their smiles were so big !.. a special moment! I like that the new Kuta markets and the beach can still be easily accessed through the side carpark of the hotel. Free airport shuttle and close to restaurants, shops, Waterbom Park and Discovery Mall. I had read some not so good reviews of this hotel but it exceeded my expectations considering the hit that Bali took during covid when so many hotels closed. Everyday we could see quiet upgrades and improvements happening around the hotel. Kuta Paradiso is my go-to place to stay for 3 or 4 days before I fly home. I definitely will stay again.

There wasn't much pool view from our pool-view room. I would love it if management could recommend a great room with an equally great view for my next visit. You will find newer hotels down towards Legian but they won't have the ambience, friendliness or style that Kuta Paradiso has.

Lovely hotel, extremely friendly staff, good facilities. Hotel is slightly tired from its age but has a charm also. Loved the various pools, the included breakfast and the 2 for 1 cocktails by the pool! Also enjoyed the gym.

Breakfast could be a bit better, some items had run out and weren't replaced. Tables were slow to be cleaned ready for next guests.

Beautiful property. A little tired like most hotels in Bali. The pool area was great with many areas to choose from. The happy hour was fantastic and drinks were not watered down as we have found in many other hotels. Location is fabulous all restaurants within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and will help with anything. This was our first stay at Paradiso but we definitely felt like we had been coming for years. We have booked again for 2025.

My bed was saggy and probably needed a new mattress. There were blackouts during a storm and our lights kept coming on all night. The food was a little bit expensive. Overall a great time was had.

Our flight was canceled so had to find somewhere near the airport to stay. What a great find. Good location in Kuta, 10mins from airport on busy street close to shops yet room is quiet, free airport transfer is a bonus. Refreshing pineapple juice as a surprise welcoming drink. We were lucky to get upgraded to the suite, and it was such a big room, clean, spacious, the bed was so big it fit 3 of us. Bed and pillows are comfy. Would stay again.

Breakfast starts at 6:30 but we had to leave at 6am so missed out on Breakfast:(

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was lovely, and I appreciated having a balcony. The pool was large and clean, and the poolside service was excellent. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options, including an egg bar, cereal, a fruit bar, and pastries. The coffee was also very good. I also enjoyed the complimentary massage so much that I went back and paid for another one. The gym was well-equipped, and I appreciated the free WiFi.

No complaints I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
