the people were great. ms Linda and the security guard were very professional and security guard protective I recommend this place I had a 9 hour layover

What stood out to me most was the staff who were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay I loved the hotels prime location, it was just few kilometres away from the Airport The rooms were exceptionally clean and well -maintained,with a very comfortable bed and high-quality linens

The elevator had a mechanical problem so we had to use the stairs

The staff treats you like a friend and helps you with everything you need. The bed was supercomfy with mosquito net and the bathroom clean. The view from the hotel down to the street is amazing to do some people-watching.

Don't look at the building from outside. From inside it looks better!

I would highly recommend Hotel Kepler to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay near Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The experience was amazing. the rooms were clean & spacious. the environment is quite ambient and quite for a good rest. another thing i loved is its nearness to the main road & airport. The food was quite delicious.

The food portions were quite small.

It was what i expected for a 1 night stay short notice, the staff were great. However the wifi was really slow while using the room connection.

No lift Hotel start from 3 floor, our room was 4th floor. without lift its dificult to carry baggage.

I liked the way the staff served me , I looked forward to come back again, I really enjoyed my stay in fact it was beyond my expectation
