I had a wonderful experience at La Maison Royale South C. The staff were exceptionally polite and efficient, making my stay truly pleasant. Gilbert and Beryl at the reception were very helpful and responded promptly to all my requests, ensuring everything was well taken care of. At the restaurant, Susan’s warm and jovial personality made every meal enjoyable, and her efficiency in service was remarkable. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering a welcoming environment for both leisure and business travelers.

One suggestion for improvement: It would be great if the hotel designated a specific smoking zone. At times, patrons smoke in shared open spaces, which can be uncomfortable for non-smoking guests who are forced to inhale tobacco smell. Overall, I highly recommend La Maison Royale South C for its excellent service and hospitality, and I look forward to visiting again.

The breakfast was OK. The location is good for you if you have an intention to stay in South C or next to Wilson Airport, but rather far away if you are going to CBD. There is almost nothing available in the immediate vicinity. However the rooftop restaurant/bar and the pool (small in size) are nice additional touches.

The size of the room is somehow arguable: for just one person it is complety enough but there might be some lack of space if you fit two in that Standard Queen. A hairdryer could be a nice addition for the room.

The location was good, the beds were very comfortable, and the included breakfast was a big plus. The rooms were also well stocked with everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.

No mosquito nets were provided or insect spray so we had nothing to do battle with the numerous mosquitoes in the room. The air in the room was quite stale but there was an air conditioner available to help with that. There is very little parking available and the spaces are restrictive so be sure to enquire if your car will fit. Also, very important: for some reason you will find the light switches IN THE DRAWERS next to the bed! We spent much too much time trying to figure that out!

Very pretty room and bathroom, felt luxurious after staying at other places around Kenya Great breakfast, also fresh juices and fruit, and veggie samosas for me (I'm vegan) They have some vegan meals at the restaurant for lunch/dinner, too. I asked for a quiet room but I could hear some noise from outside anyway and also doors banging very loud from other rooms were disturbing Not much to do in the area around the hotel but I only spent a night there so it was ok

We stayed at Le Maison South C twice and had a great experience both times. The hotel offers baggage storage, which was very convenient for us. The check-in process was smooth, and they accommodated our request for a quiet room, which we truly appreciated. The rooms are spacious with bright lighting—much better compared to its sister hotel, Le Maison Royal. The breakfast was delicious, and we particularly loved the cappuccino. While the breakfast could benefit from more variety, the quality was still satisfying. The restaurant itself is pleasant, and Stanley, one of the staff members, stood out for being exceptionally friendly and helpful. The other staff members, including the receptionists, were also prompt and attentive, ensuring all our requests—like a hair dryer or extra water—were handled efficiently. The location is convenient, with Naivas market within walking distance. For more extensive shopping, you can take an Uber to Carrefour, just 5-10 minutes away. Overall, Le Maison South C is a great option if you’re looking for an affordable yet beautiful and comfortable hotel in South C. We highly recommend it!

Location

I liked the warm welcome, the affordable cost, and most of all, the breakfast buffet that they offered in the morning. The room had tea / coffee and drinking water, the bathrooms were very clean and well equipped.

There's some construction that is happening outside the hotel, which is normal in any neighborhood that is uprising, but a bit of an eyesore. The view on the other side of the hotel is however very pleasant.

The hotel was much better than expected. The area seemed secure - right next to it is a police station. Rooms are very nicely refurbished with modern apeal and a very nice bath room. There is a rooftop bar, gym ans a samll swiming pool - all suitable.

for the checkout add an extra 5 mins, as they want to check your room before closing your account....

the hotel is really perfect! breakfast is actually more than good. food is generally delicious. cleanliness is very well-done. staff are really supportive and always there when i needed anything. location is good and safe, though a bit from famous location but easily you can move around with car.

some other customers really made so much noise sometimes though hotel itself was very good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and the facility was well maintained. The breakfast had varieties to choose from with very warm and kind staff.

The refrigerator was too small and not cooling well. There was no microwave to heat food and the chef said it was against the hotel policy to warm foods bought outside the hotel.

I had low expectations but it exceeded them, the staff were friendly and the location for us (we had an event at the Curve) was close to where we needed to be. The cost was very good

The coffee and tea and milk needs to be better in the room, and there could be fresh coffee/filter coffee instead of the granuels - Its definitely not a 4 star hotel - but it is good value
