Sometimes older buildings (even very well kept buildings like Plus 254) dont have elevators, but again, i must emphasize that the staff goes above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay for everyone.

I fight in from kisumu and didn’t know where to stay as my trip was sudden. A quick check on booking.Com upon landing plus254 hotel pop up.I decided to give it a try. It was a pleasant surprise all through.This facility is located 2Km from Wilson Airport. Awesome breakfast, professional staff and peaceful environment among the things I enjoy during my stay.I highly recommend Plus254 hotel.

They were so responsive even though I arrived very late into the night. Room was comfortable and service was good. Location is perfect. You get value for your money they even has a complimentary breakfast! I appreciate the kindness showed by the staff. I urge you to try it if you're looking for a decent place.

The studio is small, especially the bathroom area but it was ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well organized. Just around the corner there is Thorntree Lounge with nice nyama choma. A big supermarket is 10 minutes walking distance. All was ok.

The reception, the security staff as well as the housekeeper. Extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist a first time visitor to Nairobi like me. Much appreciated!

The room I was first given had no wi-fi signal but the staff efficiently moved me to another room. The shower was too hot. The sugar should not be left out in the room (in an uncovered container).

My one day stay at Plus254 hotel while attending a day seminar at nearby Strathmore University was an absolute delight. High standards all round, very clean, professional staff and strong WIFI. Highly recommend this facility to anyone with business around Strathmore University.

The staff, Cynthia, Grace and Lekaso at the reception were very helpful and organised. The location is very near to the main road and a mini market near by. Transportation is not an issue as the hotel helped me in booking uber taxi and food.

The wifi in my room was not stable. But outside the room it was ok.

Excellent customer service; Lekaso was AWESOME. My breakfast was availed on time

The hotel could do with some renovation and replace bed linen, towels and scrub the sinks and washrooms a bit
