Melili Hotel truly impressed me. For the price, it offers exceptional value — clean, cozy rooms, courteous staff, and a peaceful atmosphere that made my solo stay very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt safe and welcomed throughout. The location is also quite accessible, making it easy to move around Nairobi. This is a hidden gem for travelers looking for quality on a budget. I’ll definitely consider staying here again.

I’ve stayed at Melili several times. The hotel has been upgraded and is very comfortable. Good WiFi, plenty of hot water, comfortable bed. Breakfast options are great, as is the expanded menu. My favorite aspect of Melili is the staff: kind, pleasant, and always ready to help with a smile. We stay there for work with our nonprofit and we will stay there again.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the reception by Shukri and , to the restaurant by Felix, Victor, Regina and Diana, and finally the Manager Pauline. Value for money and wonderful meals.

No hot water in the sink, and would be nice to replace the heating element in the shower to proper hot water.

I was staying in room 303. It's quite, clean, have hot water in shower (open water for half to get hot, it's not work with full opening) , tea pot, mosquito net, good bed for having rest. I felt safe and comfortable. As I arrived early, host was kindly make early check in without asking extra payment. According map near by supermarket, but I used taxi to get mall far away. Taxi to international airport cost 850-1000 kes by uber.

The cleanliness, the staff were very polite and the location of the hotel. Its also very quiet therefore one can rest up easily. The housekeeper was amazing as well as the Receptionist Cyrile.

The WIFI was terrible. It was so unstable making it difficult to even watch a movie or work. The water pressure of the shower could be better.

The breakfast was Excellent, i like the whole plate, so delicious food and nice tea, i give it a 90%

I did not like the area around hotel and the fact that in room TV was not working and no Iron clothes

The corridors are very echoey, so you can hear everyone who might be talking in the corridors.

The hotel is good value. The rooms clean and functional. The hotel is secure. The staff pleasant. They killed the mossies every night

There is no bar. Soft drinks only. There is nothing in the area nearby in terms of shops or restaurants.

What more could I have asked, met my nutritional requirements every morning.

Wheelchair access in and out of the rooms. Or maybe a an elevator.
