The hotel was clean, and the room was perfect - in fact, I was even pleasantly surprised to find it looking nicer than the photos. Had a lovely, quiet night and enjoyed the comfortable bed. Also really appreciated the high-pressure shower with its steaming hot water. Would've liked to stay longer to experience the pool and sauna, but I'll definitely be back.

The wifi was a bit slow, and I was a little disappointed that the advertised rate included breakfast, but this seems to have changed when I checked in. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, though.

I had a nice, quiet, and restful stay at Hillpark Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, always ready with a smile and waiting to help in whatever way they could. I was also happy to find that the wifi was working great. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer, so I missed out on enjoying facilities like the swimming pool and the sauna, both of which looked great. I'll definitely be back to sample both.

Comfortable bed, clean room, pool, gym. The staff was nice and friendly. The restaurant was good and the meals were generally affordable.

The wifi cuts as you transit from the room to the reception or from the reception to the gym, restaurant, or pool. You have to reconnect every time to get back online. I also did not like that the room did not have breakfast at all on the room bill. The room should come with some free breakfast and then if a client wishes to have more food on their plate then they pay for the full breakfast. Television should have more channels; management should consider subscribing to service providers that will allocate a variety of content to fit all ages.

I liked the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Joy really exudes the joy in her name. The place is neat and tidy. There is a variety of foods to pick from for breakfast. I was impressed that when I forgot my mobile handset in my room, I found it intact and placed on top of my bed by the staff that cleaned my room.

there were no slippers in the bathroom. I had to first ask for them. A wet bathroom is not safe without them.

The staff are very friendly. I liked the value-for-money and for me, the location. The gardens and ambience are great. WiFi is very poor and even the nearest Mobile Phone signal was poor. The room was adequate for my needs - I stay for longer periods.

Reception manned 24 hours, ideal for my short overnight stay transiting from SGR arriving in the later evening to a flight in the early morning. Room is nice and well kept, the bathtub an extra I didn't expect. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Prices for additional services are quite high. 2000 Ksh for a taxi to JKIA is double of an Uber (luckily negotiable). A continental breakfast buffet was offered for $20 sounded quite a lot. Due to my tight schedule I couldn't figure out if it would have been worth it.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night, and they wanted us to rest and not worry about paying until the morning after some rest. The food in their restaurant is good and reasonably priced too. I felt safe at all times. The rooms were nice, and the bed was comfy.

The toilet leaked at the bottom, but the staff fixed.

They should have access to restaurant from inside, we have to go out from reception to go to the restaurant. Also room service from restaurant should be free, they charge $2 for this. Also charged separately for ice. Rest all good.

Breakfast could be better or cheaper. In the evening, everyone advises against walking around the hotel and you have to order Bolt/Uber

They need to do alot to improve the quality of their breakfast. Its not value for money. I only haf breakfast for 1 day and opted to source breakfast from somewhere. Its not value for money. The lower restaurant needs to be improved it looks old.
