The location was beautiful, near the Danube waterfront. It is in a quiet area, you can find a couple of good restaurants and bars, especial on the left hand side. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a good size, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok-ish.

The room didn't have mosquito net at the window, and there are a lot of mosquito. I recommend a mosquito repellent (electric probably would be the best). In the bathroom there was some rust in the bath cabin, and the towels were also with rust stains. The coffee in the morning was a soluble one.

The location is good, the room comfortable and clean.

I wasn't fully satisfied with the staff working at the reception. The guy working there was really disorganized and even though I checked all the reservation details three times my friends and guests ended up calling me because he couldn't find their reservation. The reservation was fully paid, checked and double checked, I asked not to bother my friends with anything, but to call me, just so that he loses the reservation and my guests had to call me. Really... However, the lady working at the reception was very polite and cooperative.

Very friendly staff at the 24-hour reception. The room I stayed in was small, but comfortable, clean, cozy and very warm. Great location by the promenade with lots of nice restaurants. I didn't have time to go to breakfast, instead I was kindly offered a lunch box, the contents of which I got acquainted with at the airport - it was very tasty, thank you!

May be not the most modern facilities in the bathroom, but for the price it is quite good. Besides, numerous advantages compensate for this one modest drawback.

Nice, helpful staff who are always happy to help. There was a language barrier, but the translator coped. The room is cozy and warm. Cleaning every day. There is a mini bar. Large TV, air conditioning and hairdryer. The room is not that big, but it is enough for two people. the buffet in the morning is not bad. There is not much variety, but in general it is delicious and you eat a lot all day.

In the bathroom, the shower stall is not fully closed. As I understand it, there is a boiler for heating water in the hotel, there may not be enough for all guests. I had to bathe in cold water. The shower itself cannot be fixed to the wall to wash comfortably without using both hands.

Everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The breakfast was generous and varied, with many choices for all tastes. The location is very safe and close to the Danube, perfect for a morning walk. The bathroom was fully equipped, including thoughtful amenities like a toothbrush and toothpaste. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, making our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend for a comfortable and worry-free stay!

Bathroom, too small shower cabin. No shampoo or conditioner, no slippers…

Newly renovated hotel, clean and aired, large stairs and halls. The four persons room was large, with confortable beds, nice bath, clean, huge TV with Netflix service. Good internet. Good breakfast. Nice position on Danube promenada even if quite far from the historical centre. General impression of familiar place, I will come back next year...

The only thing that I personally do not like is that the hotel doesn't have an own parking. Of course they want to pay you street parking but this is hard to find, you drive till someone is leaving.

First room had no curtains so moved to another higher up. Hardly the fault of the hotel but the madman in the room next to me kept screaming and shouting at the top of his voice. Not much the hotel can do about that sort of thing.

The front staff was not helpful when it came to the parking. When I asked if they knew about the nearby parking lot and what the price was per day, they couldn't answer. They were not very helpful and honestly didn't seem to care. Other than that, the stay was good and it was nice to have the breakfast included.

I liked the breakfast a lot, the juices, the food, the salads, the paprik, the Turkish salad, the Russian salad, the location near the Danube river

I didn't like to see the dog in the hotel of one of the people who work there
