The river view was great! Excellent walking paths for as far as you wish to walk. Front desk people were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was as expected. When will they learn that egg yolks and whole milk are actually healthy?

Our initial "river view" room had very little view of the river because of the angle of the building and a wall of windbreak trees. Watch out for that. Shouldn't be charged as a river view when you can only see the river by standing in one corner.

The room was great. The property is located along the river with a wonderful (giant) park with walking trails along the river. It was very clean and inviting. Lots of couples and families out and about. I saw folks swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, etc. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Wifi worked great.

The lighting in the room was a bit dim and I could hear dogs barking from time to time in the next room. Also, it's a bit confusing getting to the hotel the first time.

Beds are comfortable. The room has nice amenities, the staff are friendly and it is a nice location. Always clean.

We had to go to the first floor to get ice and water. The fridge no longer has an area for frozen food. The beds are too high for shorter people. Great for my husband who is 6' 6". OK for me at 5'6" but almost too high.

Location near river

The “city view” rooms actually overlook the parking lot and a large expanse of roof dotted with pyramid skylights and trash that had blown up on the roof. The roof level was even with our room (2nd floor) and there was a very large HVAC unit right next to our window that must serve space below because rooms have individual units.

Wonderful location, centrally located and beautiful views of the Columbia River. Rooms were super clean and very comfortable.

Breakfast was mediocre and there was no restaurant attached. There was a good Grubhub discount for the first meal ordered.

we didn't have much time at the facility we were racing at tri city raceway but the pool being 24 hr was great didn't eat there but it smelled great the only negative I would have is coffee station and the cups with the lids that fall off the cup

Beautiful location on the banks of the Columbia River. Get a room with a river view. Great lanai to sit and enjoy the evening. The hotel is right beside a beautiful park with a lovely walking trail along two miles of the river.

Room smelled like new carpet due to major upgrade of facilities. We could open the window for fresh air which was great.

The property was very nice. Our room overlooking Columbia River was excellent. Enjoyed the view! The staff was very personable and Anita gets high marks from us. Was a joy to stay!

Hot tub was down for maintenance (shortly).. but things happen.

Clean and nice. Felt like that staff was really uptight. There was a tournament and a lot of kids and it just didn't seem very accommodating for that.

That they kept charging my card and putting multiple holds on it. They said it was because the system was old. That could make things very inconvenient for people.

The room was beautiful clean up to date modern all those things you want in a hotel room. I even had a beautiful riverview. The staff was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating one. They gave me an upgrade because of circumstances which I appreciated. This is not a complaint, but the only downside of my stay was that I couldn't stay longer and then just enjoy the view. But my circumstances changed and I had to leave early.

This complaint is minor. But most hotel rooms have a blowing heater air conditioner in the wall which I don't like. But this one was easy to adjust, and I slept well when I did get sleep. I realized that central air conditioning and heating where you could adjust the temperature in the room with the thermostat instead of the wall units is difficult to do for motels but I would sure like to experience that more often. It's been a while.
