Breaky was great, we loved that the parking was included in price, beautiful view over the lake, clean rooms etc. Hot tub and pool were an awesome feature which we used of course! Location was fantastic and very convenient to have a Westfield shopping centre across the road. Over all, would stay here again!

Would’ve preferred not to have to pay a bond, happy to give CC details for any incidentals though… I used to work at a hotel and would only ever take a copy of ID and cc details - this always worked well. Paying a bond is just an added (temporary) expense which people can do without whilst travelling.

Room was of good quality with king-sized double bed, clean and well set up with easy chairs and desk. Exceptional view over the lake, and reasonable sized balcony, which we didn't access due to the cold wind blowing across the lake. Very good breakfast with ample choices.

While I expected to provide credit card details for my stay as a bond ($100) this was my first stay in any hotel which likes to hold onto my bond beyond a reasonable time after I have checked out. Room cleaning commenced shortly after our departure, but the hotel has informed me that it could take up to 14 days before my bond is refunded. I believe that this an extraordinary time to wait, particularly as my previous experience has been a wait of less than 24 hours, and frequently immediately on checkout.

Excellent breakfast. We felt the rate we paid was high but there was high demand due to the Liv Golf event. The room was fine, the staff on reception were especially lovely. It was hit and miss in the restaurant area. As I say they were very busy but at times there was a certain member of staff in the restaurant who came across grumpy. The place was clean, location for us was everything and we appreciated the courtesy bus to the golf event. To be fair, even though the cost of the room was high, we felt the prices in the bar and restaurant were very reasonable.

The receptionists Chloe and Danny were so helpful, they tried to help us set up our sim cards and told us where to get buses, what number bus to get and which bus stop to get a bus back to the hotel. Luke, the maintenance man, fixed the safe in our room and gave us advice on where best to purchase a sim. The housekeeping ladies were all very friendly and polite. We loved the location of the hotel and the shopping centre. Thoroughly enjoyed our late swim and spa each evening. The views were amazing.

Gorgeous room with balcony and view over the lake. Room 507. The housekeeping staff were outstanding, efficient, thorough, helpful. Greeting reception staff were warm, friendly and efficient. Very clean pool, gym and spa. in a nice setting.

Non existent service in Knot's restaurant. Our booked table for dinner was taken by someone else. There was no water offerred or brought to the table. The waiting staff neither greeted us with a smile nor provided any service. Dinner was tasty and timely. We chose to eat elsewhere for all our following meals.

Accommodation was exceptional, the concierge service excels in welcoming guests, and the spa accommodates up to 10 people. The indoor pool is aesthetically pleasing. I reserved an executive room with an in-room spa that was remarkably spacious, allowing for complete relaxation. The food and room service options are of high quality. Ladies, I highly recommend upgrading to the romantic package, which includes a bottle of Jansz sparkling wine, a substantial box of Raphael chocolates, and a late checkout at 11:00 AM. I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of ordering breakfast in bed by dialing 9, with options ranging from continental breakfast to a full serving of two eggs, bacon, hash browns, mushrooms, tomatoes, chorizo, and beans on sourdough toast. The restaurants, Tunki and Knotts, offer stunning views, with Tunki facing west for sunsets and Knotts facing east for sunrises. The location is truly breathtaking.

Would have liked a recycling bin but as there were 2 bins I used one for waste and one for recycling.

Location = outstanding. Lots of parking, reception area gorgeous, staff vibrant, friendly, patient and helpful. The room was lovely and the view is stunning. Bathroom's lighting was flattering. Best part of stay was enjoying a big breakfast on our balcony while rowers slogged it out on the river. Second best part was watching the sunset. Being across the road from a major shopping centre with cinema was a bonus. Next to a yoga studio.

Locals kayaking, jogging & walking their dogs along the river made us feel guilty for indulging in the views of the River, and a snippet of the ocean, from the balcony.

Good sized room and as quoted on web site. Good layout in bathroom and plenty of hanging space with functional iron and board. Bed very comfortable and large. Nice view of lake from room. Facilities in the hotel excellent and breakfast selection included in room was more than enough to get the day started.

Being on first floor although view and balcony was good was very close to extraction vents for restaurant below so was quiet noisy when kitchen in operation. Lighting in the bathroom seemed quiet dull and could have been brighter especially over the basin for shaving but these are minor

the room, the view and the complimentary breakfast! We will definitely stay here again in the future whenever we visit Adelaide.

Regarding the staff, everyone was lovely from the receptionists, the room staff and the restaurant staff. However, on one occasion, we were concerned about the possible presence of peanuts (our child is allergic to peanuts) in the breakfast food and we went to ask the person in charge of the restaurant at the time. He seemed annoyed by the fact that we were asking. We insisted and eventually he went to ask the chef and confirmed that there was no peanuts in it. That encounter made us slightly uncomfortable.

The property was well located and the view across the lake from our room, and from the dining room, was great. The room was large, and fittings in the room were generally very good quality. All of our interactions with the staff were excellent. It was an added bonus that parking around the hotel was plentiful and free, and an excellent breakfast was also included in the cost of the accommodation.

While the building is generally in good condition, there are signs of wear and tear - eg. paint removed on corners and doorways, slight leak from the shower recess. The equipment in the room was minimal, eg. no microwave, and no spare pillows or blankets were provided.
