Breaky was great, we loved that the parking was included in price, beautiful view over the lake, clean rooms etc. Hot tub and pool were an awesome feature which we used of course! Location was fantastic and very convenient to have a Westfield shopping centre across the road. Over all, would stay here again!

Would’ve preferred not to have to pay a bond, happy to give CC details for any incidentals though… I used to work at a hotel and would only ever take a copy of ID and cc details - this always worked well. Paying a bond is just an added (temporary) expense which people can do without whilst travelling.

Was initially a bit skeptical about tiles in shower, but they had great grip, so no danger at all. View was fantastic for gorgeous sunset. Bed was very comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast has changed from buffet to specific meals, but understand that as there would be a lot of waste every day. Fantastic breakfast! Staff were all wonderful and upbeat. The staff in restaurant were generally young (and learning), but were all fabulous in their helpfulness and interactions.

Pleased that breakfast was included in the price and the menu had quite a good selection. The balcony was great with calming views. Lifts are quick, clean and easy to use. Parking was fine although on the Saturday night we had to park a distance from the entry. The curtains are excellent and block out the light well.

The toilet paper is cheap and thin, not what I would expect from such a nice hotel. I'm not sure if there is a reason for not having a toilet brush next to the loo! It's a bit awkward going into the bathroom with the spa protruding towards the door, but once you get used to it, it's fine.
