The staff where extremely courteous and friendly , the room although compact was very clean , the beds where very firm ,shower was not working but promptly repaired ,

Not many room to hang clothes , and no stand to make tea /coffee although supplied had to be done on the floor, as no plug point near the very slim cabinet kettle was on , could not access the mirror to dry hair, and only one pillow there was 2 cushions on the bed but far too hard to bolster pillow , having said this we where only there for 2 nights so no real problem , I didn't ask for extra pillow so dont know if the would of obliged

When we checked in, they upgraded our room to the double room. We went straight for food in the pub, it was delicious. The staff were lovely too. The room was very nice with a lovely bathroom and a comfortable bed. The added touch of a kettle, teabags/coffee, biscuits, and bottles of water was very appreciated. The cooked breakfast was very good, you can help yourself to yoghurt, fruit and cereal too. Lots of parking around the side too.

Friendly comfortable pub. Food, drinks and service excellent. Nice to have outdoor amenities too as a warm night.

Beds comfortable and room well equipped with soft towels and linen, fan etc Good location for Brunel by car. Only issue room so small and difficult to manoeuvre around. Nice to have kettle but have to move to find a plug and place to sit it. Ok for one night with little luggage but would be difficult if stayed longer.

found the room very small. I have a walker and 2 suitcases with 2 adults it was very restrictive. the photo is very deceptive doesn't tell the story. staff were friendly and accommodating did the best they could.food was good . good place to stay for other things to go and see. nice English pub.

small room, very tiny bathroom. arrived early but was not allowed access to our room. we had a long flight and then had to spend 4 hrs sitting In a hire car in car park. not happy.

Nice comfortable stay close to the airport and managers go out of their way to help out. Nice bar and restaurant as well. Breakfast had a few options and was plenty, nice and fresh. You can help yourself to cereal, apples, yogurt, milk and various drinks at the "buffet" and get a choice of 3 cooked traditional British breakfasts, including one veggie option, basically variations of bacon, eggs, sausages, toast, beans, potatoes and vegetables. I liked being able to run along the canal forever, though I only checked the first 20 miles. Overall I recommend, good value and I'd come again.

Some might miss a few more options at the breakfast, for me bananas would have been nice. Don't ever dare to look under the bed, really! A bit smaller than I expected from the photos, about 100sqft maybe, but fine for me as solo traveler, maybe couple rooms are bigger. Considering how close this is to the airport, it was more complicated to get there than expected, maybe temporarily only since the train station appeared closed

The location is great for slough and Windsor and surrounding areas staff are amazing costa always welcoming lovely breakfast and nice bar with amazing staff

The room we had was a twin superior not much room to move around had to put suitcase in bathroom which was tight lots of toe stubbing and banging ourselves from TV on the wall for the price we paid I dint think it was worth it if we stay again we would go for the double room again which had a bit more space but prices have hiked like everything else

Tower Arms is an excellent choice for starting or ending your vacation in the UK. It is close to the airport and has a fantastic breakfast ready early in the morning for those early departures and jet-lagged wake-ups. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and CLEAN. Free onsite parking is provided. The wifi works great. Tower Arms is an absolute must-stay.

Wonderful room, beautifully decorated with excellent facilities, everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Staff were very friendly and service was very quick. Was a short walk to the train station for direct line into London.

The manager was very kind. The hotel was very clean and well designed inside of a restaurant/pub. My breakfast was made to order and was delicious. I also was allowed to check in early and appreciated the extra time to rest with all the coffee/tea, kettle, a fan and tasty cookies that came with the room.

Room was fantastic. Light sensors in the bathroom were a great idea.

The staff directed me out the back to find my room. It was dark and hard to find. I tried a few doors before I found it. Would have been nice to have been taken there by someone. I got there at 9pm when my meeting finished and they had stopped servicing food.
