The property is very well located as it is close to Baker Street and two other tube stations. There are nearby streets with services, restaurants and two convenience stores and it is in walking distance of Oxford Street. 

I had to check-in late in the afternoon due to a delayed flight and was not able to get help from the agents in getting my baggage up to the first floor where the apartment was located. Otherwise excellent service from the agent and the apartment was very comfortable and well fit it out. 

So thankful Silvia (property owner) allowed us to check in a bit early and also generously let us check out late. We would otherwise have had to pay for luggage storage, it made the long journey back to Australia start off more positively going straight from the apartment to the airport. The apartment is in a fantastic location

Everything, the location was brilliant so clean and easy to get to. We had oyster cards in preparation before we left - but we walked everywhere as things were so close by. The room was fabulous, the tv quality was great - all apps available on it too. We bought things to make breakfast and had all the utensils we needed. The hosts let us keep our luggage in their office for a few hours after check out as our flight home wasn't until later on which was lovely of them to do.

Only things - the fridge door, we had to open the door to the washing machine first, to be able to open / close the fridge properly. And the kitchen table there was a bit of movement - but we sorted that with a leaflet folded under one side of the glass. But honestly was really happy with everything. It was 30 degrees outside when we stayed, and there was no air con but we kept the patio doors open during the day and used the fan, we were just fine!

We stayed in the basement apartment with doors to a small outside area, was great opening them and listening to the flow of people going past. Very clean, all amenities were provided and great location for exploring London. Silvia was a great host, plenty of contact and replied quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe and secure stay in London.

Wow! This was an amazing location to stay! So close to everything and easy to get the train to Wembley. So many awesome places to eat, drink, etc. nearby. The place itself was compact but well-designed and really comfortable, especially the bed. All the things you need, including full kitchen, lounge, laundry facilities. We definitely would stay again next time in London!

The location was great, and the host was responsive. We had no trouble finding the keys, and the bed was very comfortable. Despite being located close to the city center, pubs, cafes, and other establishments, we didn't experience any noise from the street. The value/price ratio is good, and we couldn't find any other comparable options in London.

The walls and floor of the accommodation were extremely thin, which made it easy to hear people staying in the room above us. The sofa bed was not as comfortable as the bed in the bedroom and seemed to be more suitable for children (which was the case for us). Additionally, we found some dust and dirt under the sofa when we opened it, which may have been overlooked during the cleaning process (though everything else appeared to be clean).

Was comfortable and location was great.

We were on the 3rd floor and there was no lift. The sofa bed was not comfortable. Had to use the duvet to give more thickness to the mattress to cushion the springs. As it wasn’t cold weather, we were ok sleeping with just the sheet otherwise, we would have had to ask for another duvet. Being an apartment, cleaning service is not provided. We were there 6 nights so the place did feel a bit dirty towards the end.

It was neat, and the staff was friendly and very supportive. The location is close to everything you need. Self-laundry is just across the road. The restaurant is just downstairs, the train station is next door, and Tesco and Sainsbury are just a 7-minute walk away. Uber service stops right in front of you.

Good option to stay close to the city center! Host met us in person and gave the keys. Good value for money apartment!

Our room was in basement - so almost no light. Above is beauty salon, so while it works it's quite noisy in the room.

Clean, spacious and in a great location! Having a washing machine was fantastic, decent 1km walk from Paddington station and loads of restaurants around. With just a little tweaking it would be perfect

A double bed is just too small for couples or most men, my 5ft10 partner (not really tall at all) had his feet hanging out. My fault for not reading the description properly I guess. The apartment was a bit noisy from the street and the pillows were hard and lumpy.
