A neat 3-star hotel close to Spandau centre. Clean and functional with a mix of old and new furniture. The shower has one of the best water pressures I have ever come across. The staff lent us an umbrella since it was raining and we did not have one.

The room lacks storage except for the very old wardrobe. Except for shower gel, shampoo and hand washing liquid, the offering in the room is sparse. No kettle, water bottles at a cost of EUR2.50 each.

The hotel is in an "old" building but extremely well maintained and everything looks and feels nice. The bedroom felt a bit small as it was at the top floor where the rooms have sloped ceiling. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom working perfectly. No complains! The included breakfast was OK. More than basic but not too much either, just enough.

The price was on the high side.

Stuff at the hotel was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was simple but complete, there were even vitamins on offer. The food was fresh and varied.

The hotel is a long way from the center. The metro is nearby, but the area is very dark at night. The hotel reception is open until 9pm. There is no view from the rooms and the room is quite small.

Very good location in the old town centre, quiet rooms, simple and classy style, clean and in good condition. Comfy bed.

All good. Notice that you have to ring the bell for the main entrance door, then you can use room key to let yourself in. I think this is our if necessity because reception is on 1st floor.

Location,friendliness of the staff,clean room

The aircon had a grinding sound which was very annoying that it woke us up many times during the first night and the second night,I had to turn it off because of the same sound. (We weren't able to let them know because we were very busy and was just at the hotel to sleep. I'm sure they would have done something about it 😊)

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time at the hotel and would stay there again anytime. The location is really good as well, lot’s of stores around the hotel and close to buses and trains!

We liked everything about the hotel!

The hotel was strategically placed (5-10 min walk) for access to both the main train station (international trains, S-Bahn and RE) as well as the U-Bahn station. Easy access to the local Christmas market and food options. Great shower!

Lack of a kettle in the room

The hotel is located in a top spot in the historic centre of Spandau. A means of private transport from the Berlin airport was part of the booking. The breakfast was comprehensive and of high quality.

The room was a little small and just under the roof. I hit the ceiling a few times.

Located at the old City Center of spandau. There is plenty of good restaurants around the hotel to find something for everyone. The rooms are clean and well kept. This is one of my preferred addresses in Spandau.

recently renovated, new carpets freshly painted walls

had to wait quite some time for someone to come to the reception. even after ringing the bell for some time. one of the bottles of water provided in the room for 2.50€ was broken and didn’t realize this until after it was opened. couldn’t drink it because there could have been glass shards in the bottle. but we paid anyways since we opened it.
