Location - really close to the space needle - close to the cruise terminal and several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Room was massive and very comfortable- view of the needle and nicely decorated.

There was no shuttle from the airport - you have to take a taxi or prebook a shuttle.

We had a King Suite this time, which is in the building's other wing but connected through a labyrinth of hallways. The room was large, and the kitchen had everything you could wish for, including soap and dishwashing detergent, alas no dishwashing cloth. There's a Keurig with coffee pads and tea pads. A gas fire place across from the sofa (which could be made into a third bed, I guess) makes it really cozy. The dining set consists of a table with two chairs. There's even a balcony that went out to the street with the view of a gas station with a convenience store, a Domino's Pizza place, and a restaurant/bar. The bedroom offered ample space and had a walk-in closet. The bathroom was very clean but comparatively small as to placing the toiletries for two people. Breakfast was delicious as always and varied within our two-nighter. The staff was really friendly (I was recognized as a returning guest) and helpful (our coffee pods were replaced on request). The hotel is in short walking distance to the Space Needle, Climate Pledge Arena and restaurants, bars, and a QFC.

If there were additional blankets available, it would be perfect. I like to sleep in a cool room but with a few more covers on my bed.

Room—The wall photo display of Seattle was very nice. The bathroom was clean and had a great working toilet. Breakfast was decent and free. The location was excellent; near attractions, stores, and a great Scandinavian coffee place—The Cafe Hagen—right across the street! We also enjoyed delicious New York-style pizza at Big Mario's in the next block, a short walking distance from the hotel.

Parking was expensive, and a $30 fee per day was not mentioned on the website. When I looked at the website it only mentioned parking as an amenity, not the daily parking fee; so, to me, it was somewhat deceptive.

The Room was clean and comfortable. There were many amenities and attractions within walking distance. There was free coffee, tea, and ice and water available at all hours. Any other typical necessity could be purchased from the mini store. The Food from the breakfast was delicious.

During breakfast the area was so busy and there was no supervision or direction so people were coming in and out of the food room both ways and cutting. It was very chaotic. The parking Garages were a little difficult to navigate and the parking spaces were very narrow. It was nerve wracking trying to get in and out and correct any miscalculations.

Breakfast was over the top. Excellent location, right next to The Space Needle, MOPOP, and other attractions.

Breakfast area was very crowded. There was an overflow room, but it wasn’t opened.

Reasonably good location near the Space Needle Centre. Bus ($1. Senior) right across the road to take us downtown. Western omelette yummy as were the waffles making it a good choice to start the day. The staff were so helpful and a credit to the hotel.

The first night our accommodation was in the first two rooms and for some reason these were disabled rooms near reception. It was so noisy we thought there was a party happening outside our doors so we had to ask to be moved for the n cut three nights. These rooms should be soundproofed or at the very least customers should be notified about how noisy they are.

There are many things to love about this hotel. The location is near the climate pledge arena. I loved the room I selected. It was very clean. I was also impressed by the welcoming message on the TVS, which provided a variety of live TV as well as streaming apps. The bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash that was mounted to the shower wall. The sink came with a bar of soap and two make up remover wipes. There was plenty of towels and hand towels that were rolled in a decorative way I was impressed by that. The bed came with plenty of pillows and there was an extra pillow and blanket in the closet. The heating and cooling worked well, all of the appliances and water worked correctly. They provided coffee cups, and wine glasses. There are provided parking garages that are opened using your room key. The elevators worked well. The breakfast had a variety of options including bagels, cereal, potatoes, eggs, and they had waffle makers. We felt taken care of, the staff was hospitable and friendly.

The beds were slightly stiff as well as the couches. I also noticed there was no fan option that I could see although it may have been provided I did not ask how to work it.

We keep coming back because everything is working out perfectly. This time we got a corner room which was huge and even had a kitchen sink. The was quiet and afforded us a view to the Spaced Needle. Breakfast was, as always, wonderful with healthy options. Those who can't make it to breakfast will find breakfast bags at the reception desk. Seattle Center is 10 minutes away on foot. And there are a big supermarket and several restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. Staff was wonderful, too.

The only thing would be maybe some extra blankets in the rooms, as the bedding is thin, and you don't want to run the heater all night.

Location was great and the rooms were very clean. I liked the parking too. It was easy to get in and out.

The only thing that I didn’t care for was a soft undulating humming noise coming from somewhere outside my room. It bothered me a little when trying to sleep. I turned the room fan on to drown it out. Not a big deal but it was something.

Having the breakfast included made it easier with our 5 year old. Lots of variety to choose from definitely easiest this mom’s planning load.

On booking.com it says shuttle service is provided they do have an option but it was pricey. I found out once we landed that the shuttle to the hotel was $70 we had to figure out how to get to the hotel and lost about 4 hours of time we planned to sightsee. By the time we did most places were closing up it was a rough start to our vacation. I mentioned it to the front desk and he said they knew it was listed on the 3rd parties website but it hadn’t been corrected. We also at that point asked about the shuttle the the cruise pier, which was listed as an extra charge, but it was $19 per person so for 3 of us it would be $57 we got an Uber for $14 for the 3 of us. I think the hotel could make some money off this since most were cruisers and I would have been more trusting to go with my hotel.
