Place is quiet, staff is nice, the room is good. Near to MRT, good for the business trip or travel also.

The price of the lunch buffet is not worth it, the hotel should change or provide more food. We got a problem with the dryer.

Fantastic staff, quiet location, clean rooms, well kept bathrooms, neat beddings, and quiet hallways

We ordered for a double bed together in one room and two single beds in another room. But shortly before we embarked on the trip, we received a notification from the hotel that they could not fulfill this part of our request and that they could only provide two single beds in each room. My three girls shored a room but one had to sleep on the floor. Was so unfortunate. If we had earlier notice, I would have looked for another property to stay for that last visit. But in all, and apart from this one incident, it was a comfortable place to stay for a short time.

The hotel was nice, good room, shower and fabulous towels.

The location is elevated at the edge of a park which was fine when leaving the hotel which is only around a 15 minute walk to Chinatown SRT with Outram Park station a little closer, however on the way back the uphill walk is ok when it hasn’t been raining and unfortunately we got caught a few times in the open, not a major issue but not fun at the time

The staff Fatiha went above and beyond the expectations regarding my sister’s birthday who choose the hotel for her birthday stay. From all the employees Fatiha was the best, very approachable, humble, provided assistance, if I return to this hotel it would be thanks to the amazing job that Fatiha did.

The hotel is good, there could be improvements but our stay was very comfortable. Floors were accessible by elevators. There is a hawker 10mins away from the hotel and we love walking down there everyday. Towels and water are replaced everyday

i love the cleanliness , so quiet.. and also all the staffs are so nice to us.. specially miss irene on the front desk she is so friendly and professional and always smiling… also the auntie on the 10th floor the house keeping she is so nice and friendly as well.! thank you so much see u again when i come back

stores are all far. i wish there is some convenient store near by..

Value for money, location was centralised in sg, smart tv can be connected through phone, bedroom space was big.

Speakers cant be connected as it was for old generation iphone. Parking was open carpark, will be troublesome if it rains. Bathroom bathtub didnt have a choke to retain water in the bathtub.

room is ok and I got a free upgrade. Even I extended another day after my 4th nights, I still get to stay in the free-upgraded room

the lift is slow and problematic, the restaurant has limited choice of food and the menu on their tablet has no pricing

Good value, nicely located, room bigger than other hotels, good service.

The halls were cleaned slowly, a couple days after stuff appeared on the floor, but once I mentioned it, they were cleaned immediately; the room carpet wasn't so clean.

Nice hotel, clean and spacious for Singapore. MRT station down-hill. Very nice complementary upgrade room and a two-hour early check in granted. Thanks for that!

If you travel with a lot of luggage, better take taxi or Grab. To go uphill is a bit of a walk.
