The neighborhood looked really clean, modern, and safe. It was very easy to find the hotel. The staff was very friendly and spoke in several languages. There was parking available right by the reception area. They gave us a voucher so that we only had to pay for the parking once even though we went out and came back several times. Breakfast and snacks were offered. The breakfast had several options: eggs, sausages, meats, cheeses, pastries, bread and jam, juices, yogurt, and fresh fruit. The room was spacious with room to put our luggage and spread out. The bed was comfortable and the heater warmed the room up quite nicely. The shower was nice and hot, and plenty of towels and other bathroom amenities. The carpets looked new and clean and the elevator was sturdy and worked well. We will definitely book here again.

We had two separate receipts: one for the room and one for the parking and breakfast. It was a bit of a hassle to get the second receipt. We had to pay a toll on the road to get to the hotel. I think we could have avoided that if we went a different direction through Madrid. $15 was a bit much for the parking and $10 for the breakfast. But it was convenient.

Location is good however is down street so with bags is hard go up street. Better use taxi instead. Beds are ok and are clean, breakfast is good but around a lot of good places for local breakfasts, so next time Id rather experiment those than every day hotel breakfast buffet. Service was good and bar open until late hours.

For the price is expected a bit more, they could do better, even cannot give a glass with ice for free , they required to buy a bottle of something in order to get ice. Water bottle also is Not available in the room , so better bring a bottle from the shop before check in .

Good value for the money.30 euros a night cheaper than staying in downtown Madrid. A metro station very close and in 20 minutes you are downtown. Nice design. Clean.Comfortable.

Kettle, hair dryer only at the front desk with a 10 euro deposit. no phone in the room Extremely small room. Old noisy air conditioner controlled by the front desk. Not a pleasant area at night since it's located between an industrial zone and a high tech zone. Staff can smile a bit , it woudn't hurt. The buffet had mainly cold options.

The room was exactly what i needed and was very affordable. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice as well. the breakfast included was very tasty and very convenient as it saved me money in the long run

i don't believe there was anything not to like. If i had to name one thing it could be lack of closet space as there was nothing other than a shelf in my particular room.

We chose this hotel due to its location to the airport and to the Metro. We were not disappointed with our choice. We also chose the hotel because it offered parking. Whilst the parking came at a cost is reasonable room charge offset some of the cost of the parking. The room was more than adequate for a one night stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The blackout curtains worked very well despite a relatively early start.

The WiFi was free in the reception area but not in the room. A small charge for the WiFi was not overly taxing however, most hotels these days offer free WiFi in the room.

It's overall a solid option if you need something near the airport. The rooms are okay, clean enough and good enough but with no fluff. The staff were pretty efficient. You can take the metro its a 10 minute walk. Good quality for money and would stay again if I needed a place near the airport.

The rooms would be very boring if it was more than one night, as there is nothing in them except a bed. Also it's not at all central but you can take the metro.

Small room, perfect for 1 person for a few days, 30 minutes metro from the centre, the area is very nice with restaurants and bar in 5 minute walk, staff was very friendly, I really liked the style of the whole hotel. Bar was open until late.

little bit far from the centre and the metro was very humid and hot for a 30 minutes ride but it is more about the public transport

The room was clean. The Bed was comfortable. The shower was refreshing. The staff is amazing: very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was hot and filling. It was easy to reserve, easy to find, easy to park, and easy to pay. Everything was taken care of as we would want. We love staying here each time we come to Madrid.

We have never had any problems that need to be addressed.

Very modern, clean and secure hotel. I did not get a chance to walk around the barrio as I only stayed one night and took the metro to the airport the next morning. This hotel would be an excellent choice for business travelers if the location makes sense for them.

Long walk to the metro station. The buffet breakfast starts at 7:30 am, which unfortunately was too late for me. The hotel itself is excellent.

Hotel situated only a 12 minute drive from the Airport (Standard €20 fare with the airport taxi's or approximately €15-20 using Uber). The Hotel is a great option for a quick, easy and quiet stay in Madrid. The Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are plenty of restaurant and bar options on the main road (Approx. a 5 minute walk away from Hotel). The local Metro system will take you directly into the centre of Madrid within about 25-30mins at a very low cost (Nearest Metro - Suanzes).

Area is not very tourist friendly. It appeared to be based within a local business district.
