The rooms made up everyday when coming back to the hotel. Buffet Breakfast, 10 mins walk to the Aksaray bus Terminal and 12 mins walk to tram also 8 mins walk to Istanbul Metro. Would like to say Thank you to Abdul kadir, Emre and all staff for making our trip to istanbul memorable. Also all are airport transfers were smooth sailing. Quite few restaurants and.Money exchange close by also a pharmacy 2 mins walk away which is good when travelling with Kids. KFC, Mcdonalds, Simits also in close proximity. Island Tours booked through the hotel ans had a Good time. Cost was 25€pp.

Wifi on the 6th floor very limited or No connectivity..Need to consider changing the mattresses.

I stayed for 7 days. Experience was really good. Hotel room was cozy, fresh upholstery and towels, good housekeeping. Beds were comfortable and pillows were soft. Two bottled waters were given complimentary each day. Drinking water and Turkish tea was also avaialble at lounge 24/7. Two good lifts were avaialbe to my building. RFID Card door locak was installed but with only one card for each room. Hotel location is also excellent - walking distance to Yenkapi Metro Station for M1a, M1b, M2 Metro and Marmaray. T1 tram station and IDO Ferry station is also at walking distance. LC Waikiki, DeFacto, Aksaray AVM is also with in 5 miutes walk. Historis shopping mall and Cinema is at 20 minutes walk. Tourist attraction like Bluse Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Top Kapi, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar is 3 Tram station or 35 minutes walk. There is tuck shop adjacent to Hotel. A restaurant just opposite. Money changer is also avaialble at 150 yards towards main road. Area is famous for clothing, bedding and auto car accessories. Hotel offers very attractive tour packages. I availed Bursa tour with chair lift. Just ensure that English speaking guide is avaialble. Cost was 25 Euro only. Hotel offerd very good breakast. They change few items every day and that was welcoming. Boiled eggs, sausages, corn flakes, choclate cerial, yougurt, fresh fruit, vegetables, bread jam, soup (shorba), coffee, juice etc. All items were fresh. Manager, Mr Yasar was very helpful person.

My only complaint is of WiFi. I stayed at 6th Floor. WiFi had issue during all the time. Manager was aware of the problem but that could not be resolved as the cable needed changing. WiFi worked well at lobby. Two RFID cards to room occupants would be welcomed. Tour prices are good. But waiting time of 2 hours after departing hotel but prior start of tour is too much. English speaking guide should be confirmed as we waited another 30 minutes for English speaking guide to arrive - and that too when we asked to refund our money. Arabic speaking guide were common due to larger Arabic speaking speaking tourist. Room price could be better.

Breakfast was good and varied. The restaurant workers, the girl waitress, the young waiter, and the chef were very nice. The cleaning lady is nice, the reception staff are nice. The location was good and close to everything.

The cleanliness of the room was okay, but the sheets and sheets are not changed every day, so I asked to change them on a daily basis. There are some strange ticks and insects walking around in the bed.

Personel was friendly and helpfull

TV cable wasnt working, the rug was burned with ciggaretes, and in general that it was permitted to smoke in lobby and rooms. Fire alarm was like a decoration..

The location is just next to Yenikapi metro station and close to the bazaar and easily accessible to everywhere you might want to visit. The manager is very nice he was there to listen to everyone and immediately take action. I will do some wrestling with him next trip as he promised me 😉. The breakfast was better than the 4-star hotel in istanbul. Good quality and a lot of varieties. I want to thank everyone in this hotel. It was a really good value for money and I would come back soon.

For two reasons, I don't give it a 10: 1. For the first two nights, we had to stay in a different room, which was not as clean and nice as the original reservation. 2. There were some hairs on the pillow and the toilet walls. I guess the stuff is cleaning up, but not carefully enough. The rest was just great 👍

Location is good with Haviast near by for drop off/pick up to/from the airport. Tram, metro and buses nearby. Plenty shops, cafe and restaurants close by. Walking distance to Fatih, Beyazit and main tourist spots. This is the second time I have stayed here and I would stay again.

I think you could improve a little on the breakfast selection to include example toast to accomodate the children who may not eat cereal or the other selection of food available.

The breakfast was good and the restaurant family friendly, the room was clean and the staff were helpful and polite.

The room was in the top floor, it was warm and the air conditioner didn't work properly. The staff were helpful but we could not get in touch with them before the trip. It was going to be very useful to get in touch with them before the trip to book a driver from the airport and other activities

This hotel is an excellent choice if you want to explore Istanbul. It is literally surrounded by all means of public transportation and located in a commercial area with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful, polite and welcoming, they worked very hard to ensure our satisfaction. The room is clean and comfortable with all needed facilities ( kettle, minibar, AC..etc.)

Nothing It would be better if more options are added to their open buffet breakfast ( bakeries for example)

Loved the price! Breakfast was great.

We had a double room, we had a balcony but it was connected to the emergency exit stairs and another staircase that led to a different part of the hotel so people were coming up and down. Kind of weird but understandable. Our double bed was made of two single beds so we kept having to move them closer. The kettle was broken but it got replaced immediately when we reported it.

A beautiful place to say in, situated in good location close to transportation, stores and money exchanges.. The stuff were pleasant and helpful..without forgetting the hotel's delicious breakfast 😊👍

There is a twist in finding the hotel at first ..but soon you will get used to the neighborhood...and unfortunately there is a nightclub close by that will start party everyday at 00..
