The front desk receptionist was incredibly kind. The location was perfect for my trips purposes - Close to fast food and also Richlands which was the main purpose of my visit. I got the spa bath King suite and that tub was AMAZING. I was able to stretch my legs out completely and the water faucet pour water out so quickly the tub filled up faster than I have ever had one fill before. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt very safe here.

My only complaint is I was woken up around 8AM by a woman talking to her baby what seemed like right outside my room door. This wouldn't have been a huge problem, but she was standing there doing that for about 30 minutes. It may have been my fault for not putting the DO NOT DISTURB hanging paper thing on the door, but I wasn't expecting someone to stand right by my door for that long either. I have mo idea if it was a guest or a housekeeper. So basically what I am trying to say is there is absolutely no sound cancellation between the door coming into the room so keep that in mind when you are booking lol.

I liked the pricing of the hotel room, very reasonable! The staff was very friendly. The room was just enough for my husband and I to stay in. Very clean and plenty of towels to use! The pillows were the best pillows I've ever slept on in a hotel room, and the bed was really comfortable! It was nice and convenient that breakfast was included. They offered coffee, juices, milk, and chocolate milk to drink. Cereal, muffins, toast, bagels, and yogurt to eat.

I don't understand why not just this hotel, but the majority of hotels use a white linen shower curtain and white towels. It made it very difficult to take a shower with my colored hair. I didn't want to turn the shower curtain or towels a different color.

This was every bit as clean and comfortable as a holiday in, just a good standard hotel room for a good price.

Nothing really, except it was a bit off the highway and since I was stopping halfway on a long road trip it was a bit of a detour, but worth the lower price. I will say that you should switch your daylight light bulbs for soft white light bulbs. Nobody likes that daylight light, it feels sterile like a hospital or Walmart. Soft white is much more warm and accommodating.

Room was clean, comfy beds, still working on the facility due to damages from flooding. Also in August.last year repairs had just started being made due to this. I stay here when I travel to see my mom in a nursing facility.staff is always friendly.

Continental breakfast had a good variety of packaged items, juice, and hot beverages. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was very polite and friendly.

My only complaint is the room location, which is right beside the lobby, under the stairs, and near the ice machine. Very loud, woke up several times because of the noise. Room should be turned into a storage room. Avoid this room if you’re a little sleeper!!

Our room was nice, beds comfortable, Friendly staff. Good location in center of everything.

I just wish they would have let us known before we arrived that the water sprinkler system had burst and certain things were not available during our stay..

I have stayed at this property many times over the past. It is an excellent value quality room, and the staff is above and beyond the most friendliest people I have encountered.

I don’t think there’s anything I can say that I did not like about this property everything was so convenient and again the staff are so friendly

The facility was clean and well kept. The breakfast was not much, but would suffice. We anted a little moreso, we decided to go out and get a hot breakfast instead.

I would have liked a better breakfast. A pool is also very nice but since we were not traveling with kids it all worked out. The only otehr thing was the noise from the roadway, since we live out in the counrty, we were not accustomed to that.

Marie at the front desk was such a sweet, wonderful front desk person. She was really helpful and always willing to do whatever was needed to help and satisfy all guests. The room was very clean and very tidy. Will stay there again for any future trips. Food was good and coffee too.

They were very friendly and helpful 🙂 the place was very clean they even accepted my service dog 🐕‍🦺 i got to get breakfast every morning we were greated with a smile 😃 and a friendly hello I would be glad to recommend the Super8 to my family n friends I'll be visiting my family n the near future and I will be booking my stay at the Super 8 again keep up the great work Super 8 we had a very peaceful time and well rested time lookforward to our next trip xxx Sincerely Sherry Payne
