The location was nice, food & gas nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Huge breakfast spread, Kristy was working the breakfast bar this morning and so friendly and accommodating. We had an Executive King Room. It was very spacious! I love the hotel offers Dove care products in the bathrooms. The fridge kept our drinks very cold. Plenty of bath linens.

Pillows are super soft, I prefer firm. The hot tub was down, but I realize things happen. Hotel is certainly not at fault there. Wish there were more chairs and towels in the pool area. Also, it would be nice to have more than 2 benches outside. Shower water pressure could stand to be better.

There was teeny tiny bugs in the pool area (on the floor..) and noticed the same bugs in room (on the wall next to the AC/heater)

Carpets and upholestry need to be shampooed Badly ! ! , The Hott Tub is Still Out Of Service , And to my knowledge there are NO ROOMS allocated As Pet Free. The dander is a problem for many guest.

Indoor pool is always a hit with the kids. The pool area is clean and orderly and offers a nice hot tub/ jacuzzi. The staff go above and beyond in any way possible.

The staff was super nice. The hotel and room was very clean and it had everything I needed for my stay.

It was great. I have nothing bad at all to say.

I thought the breakfast was fine, as expected and as usual for a Holiday Inn Express.

The only thing I thought could have been better was the arrangement of where the coffee was placed. In our case, a very heavy man was seated near the coffee and there wasn't much room between his little table and the serving area.

The property was descent and quiet. The staff at breakfast lounge (Christi) was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Not so many visitors were around.

bright, clean, easy to get into building and to the rooms. felt comfortable going in and out with luggage at night.

it’s at the back of a plaza but the drive way was not easily marked. we turned at the red light just before the hotel, thought we were in the wrong place/dead end, had to go back out to 460 and find another way to the hotel. turned out that we could have pulled all the way past the stuff near light/Wendy’s (where we thought it was a dead end) because there was a small strip of road that led around to the hotel.

That our room was next to the swimming area because we love the water.

That our fridge was leaking water.

the night desk manager changed us to a new room as the previous one smelled horribly. he even came up to the room to verify it was to our satisfaction 👍🏼. the breakfast bar was great. fully stocked with hot food and other options.

the room I was given smelled like a dog had been living there for a week.
