Staff we're super friendly, room & facilities overall were clean & well kept. Nice selection included in the Continental breakfast. Lots of tv channels. Decor was nice. Fast check in, easy on off highways, good location to mall & attractions 👍

Shower diverter in bathtub was broken, so only had half pressure, had to hold toilet handle down the entire flush cycle. AC filters were dirty&window was a solid fixed glass ,non opening. Non of witch would prevent future stays..just needs a lil routine maintenance.

Biggest element for us was that our Chocolate Lab was welcome — that was a must to find a pet friendly spot! In addition, it was clean, felt safe, comfortable and quiet. Based on the web site, our expectations were definitely met — in a good way!

Really the only thing that would’ve made it better was a bit more pleasant greeting upon arrival. The desk clerk was efficient, not rude or anything — just that a friendly smile, a “Welcome to the Comfort Inn” sort of thing would’ve been appreciated after our long drive. (Course, we’re Canadian, so kinda expect this as a basic customer service focus. 😏) PS. Free Wifi and breakfasts were bonuses!!!

Friendly staff, felt very safe. Very clean, comfortable. Very good location. Was on the higher end of what I would like to pay but would stay again if I couldn’t find something comparable. King suite lots of space, fridge and microwave handy as I stayed several days.

I specifically chose a hotel with a bathtub but could not get the tub to hold water/wouldn’t plug. A/C worked great but tried to work on my laptop at the desk next to it but blew so hard I could t sit there and gave up. I was by myself so it was fine but it would be awkward for the sink to be in the main room and not in bathroom area.

The entrance was all uneven very hard for a handicapped person to get over the threshold with a piece of assistive equipment. It looked like there had been an attempt to make it better, but it was far from successful. I couldn’t use my wheelchair to go in or outa and it made my trip harder to enjoy. Also the king size bed was very comfortable but it was extremely high and I had trouble getting on it. I was nervous trying to sit on the edge to put on shoes. I nearly slid off it.

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful when there was confusion with our reservation...they were helpful and kind, even down to a hard-working cleaning staff member letting me go ahead on the only elevator despite being burdened by a large cart of supplies AND giving me a couple clean towels in the process.

The bed skirt was dirty (room 304) and looked like someone had spilled something (hopefully) between the bed and night stand...carpet is definitely in need of replacement and the windows were sweating and molding, which for someone with allergies is hard to tolerate. I know it happens in this climate but they need to be regularly inspected and cleaned

Room was clean and comfortable.

Food at breakfast was only warm-- not hot. Bathroom sink was draining very slow--did alert the person at check out.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and friendly.

Omg , if I had time I’d probably go to another hotel . The hallways and smelled horrible. Looks like someone sprayed the whole can of some cheap, disgusting air freshener . I couldn’t porn the window to get some fresh air. When I got back home I had to wash all my clothes even the clean clothes because I could still feel that smell .

The property was nice clean, thank you again. Their systems on the computer for booking online are horrible. My reservation didn’t pop up and it was a whole debacle but at the end of the night I was able to get a room so thank you again. Thankful to get a room despite the confusion

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Its location was excellent. I was able to get onto the I-90 West in just a minute. I was too tired after a long drive from Portland, ME to step out for dinner but it was nice to know that it was there next door. Bed was very comfortable and lots of stations on TV. I have made a note that this hotel will always be my stop off location on my trips to New England from Toronto.

The cleanliness, relaxing atmosphere and how nice the workers are. the one receptionist (whom I sadly forgotten her name and I feel really bad. She a lady with an I believe an Indian or Philippine accent forgive me for the assumption) was the real trooper there. She offered me some water when she saw my hands rapidly shaking after I told her that I had a near miss with a car on the highway plus she gave us (me and my boyfriend) a bottle of chardonnay when I told her that we were there to celebrate our 3rd dating anniversary. I give credit where credit is due to the wonderful lady who took good care of us.
