Great location, amazing staff, very clean, incredible views. Staff gave us recommendations on where to eat and attractions to visit, they were all incredibly kind and helpful the entire stay. Pool was nice and clean as was the hot tub. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a hotel pool that clean. View out breakfast window is very pretty. Grounds are well kept and in a safe location. We would absolutely stay again!

First room smelled like cigarette smoke, spoke with front desk and they immediately changed our room and were very kind. They apologized and moved us rooms immediately and we had no further issues!

Seemed like everything was newer. The view at breakfast was beautiful, just trees blooming in the spring. Breakfast was good especially if you like the waffles. Young lady kept food stocked and tables clean.

There was no channel guide for the TV. Should mop during breakfast to keep the floor from being excessively sticky.

Room was great size. Breakfast included in price. Location is near tourist attractions. Great view from breakfast area. Friendly staff.

Indoor pool was cold, jacuzzi did not work. Outdoor pool was not working. The door-lock at room wasn’t reading the card well, took several tries.

Well to start with I was told by the staff I was going to get a receipt from booking.com as it turned out that is not true according to booking.com I have requested a receipt multiple times with no response. I have to have a receipt so I can get reimbursed from work

Easy to get to & very clean. Loved the pools and hot tub being open until midnight. Breakfast area had great view and attentive staff all around. Bed and bedding and pillows all clean and comfortable.

Would be nice if it was a little further from the highway, as it interfered with the enjoyment of the lovely outdoor pool a little, but overall it was a non-issue, as didn’t notice the noise inside and the other side of the building overlooked dense trees.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was clean and cool. We had bad storms while passing through and the staff made us feel very comfortable. Desk clerk even gave me a bottle of water due to the vending machine being down. Definitely worth the stay. Keep up the great work.

Vending machine on Floor 3 was not operating, would not take bills during this visit. Stuff happens. Staff was very accommodating.

I was very impressed with the entire hotel. The staff members were vary friendly. It was very clean. It smelled nice in the hallways. There are two pools, indoor and outdoor and a very deep hot tub. All were very clean. The pool stayed open until midnight. The breakfast was very good and well ran.

My only issue was the hairdryer in our room didn't seem to work, but that wasn't a big deal.

Loved the cleanliness, front desk made sure me and my husband was satisfied with our stay. Receptionist gave us the opportunity to switch rooms because of whirl pool malfunction. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was decent.

We were traveling from out of state for a wedding. They made sure we could check into hotel to change and get to wedding. They also allowed us to dolly off our enclosed trailer so we could navigate to wedding safely

We love the nice fresh and clean breakfast station. The staff was nice. It was a good staying for our family first trip out of town.

Someone had the flu or Covid-19 or something and it was terrible. They had to shut down the whole floor and they didn’t have a lot of staff to clean it. I know one lady was complaining because she have a infant child at home and the its contagious and it’s only right
