Everything is perfect! The staff is really nice and friendly, he's available 24/7. I am female and i traveled alone at that time, at 2 AM there was a sound on my door like someone was trying to open my door. I called the desk and he answered right away within 2 rings! He asked me if that person disturbs me and assured me it'll be fine as my door and next room's door are literally next to each other so I might get mistaken and to call him right away if theres something wrong. The next morning I met him on the elevator and I thanked him for answering my call in the midnight (as I was super scared when that happened) and he smiled saying it's his job and he's happy to help others. Such a sweet guy! The bedroom is also beyond my expectation. Some bad reviews so I expected an old room, but to my surprise it was so clean and comfortable. I think they did some renovations or smth bcs the room seem new. The room looks so much better than the picture. The location is also perfect, only 4-5 mins walk to metro and bus station. The areas are full of restaurants and supermarket so it's a perfect location for a female solo traveler like me as when I got back to the hotel after midnight there were still some people on the street like closing their restaurants and stuff so you'll feel safe. Overall, had a great time staying here! :)

Had a great stay here. Good value for your money. It's seems like the place has been recently renovated and everything feels new and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

It would be nice to have more hooks on the walls for towel and such, and some mugs/glasses. There is a kettle, but no glasses.

Rooms are very clean, staff is great and very pleasant. You can get free coffee at the hotel every morning but you can also order a breakfast which is quite tasty. Hotel is near the metro station and it is very easy to get anywhere you want.

The hotel staff was with the best🥰 I will be back just for them. Also, it’s so close to the Metro. And breakfast was good👍🏻 (The breakfast was in the bed 🛌)

This space too small.

A cozy room. Pretty much everything you need in it. Small but a good bargain. If you travel alone, is enough.

Please put an intercom in the room. Have a sign ''Observe Silence'' because when neighbors turn on the TV or are loud and you can hear everything. Please have some kind of laundry service or give people a small handout with the map of it. Or at least put a map on the wall as to where the coin laundry is located.

Liked the staff's willingness to assist. The room was kept tidy without the need to ask for it. Clean towels were provided everyday. Excellent breakfast and room service!

The room needed some repairs but overall was clean

i liked the rooms. they were clean, except for the lights not working properly in the other room that was allocated to my parents.

the twin room wasn’t cleaned well. there was a spider in the room.
