great location in the heart of Maastricht, nonetheless very quiet. spacious design apartment. helpful staff. would recommend.

there is an automatic ventilation system guests cannot control: it was loud and cold on our first night, but the staff regulated it on the second day and it didn't bother us afterwards. There is no drying rack for clothes, only tumbler. the upper and lower floor are connected, so that one needs to keep quiet and with the lights almost off downstairs if others are asleep above. therefore not ideal for families or couples/friends who don't go to bed at the same time.

Great location and room was clean & tidy. The site team is very helpful and happy to assist with guidance on places around the residence.

The cutlery and things in kitchen are counted for each person. For families staying multiple days, it will be great to have multiple set to avoid washing between food as there is no spare to do anything. Considering the sustainable theme, it is not worth using the dishwasher for washing 4 sets everytime!!! I did post the same comment last time as well. Also there is no microwave so difficult to warm up small food portions for kids. It will be useful to have it for families!

The location of the apartment was perfect for the Xmas Market - Right outside our door. The city is ver charming. Lots of cute streets with cafes and shops to look at. There was a very cool bookstore inside of an old church. The apartment was very close to all the city had to offer. I loved that the sleeping area was upstairs from the living space. And they had adjustable beds, which was a really unexpected luxury.

The only thing I didn't like was that the shower was rather small for such a large size loft. It also leaked a little, outside the shower enclosure when we used it. But other than that, everything was great!

The room, divided over 2 floors, has everything. On the ground floor there is a couch, TV, kitchen island, dining table, washing machine, dryer. Longer stays are definitely possible. In the middle of the city center, with enough parking possibilities around.

The reception is closed after 17h00 (or earlier, depending on who is sitting there). There was a note on the door to call a number and we were told to wait a couple of minutes, someone would arrive. That was indeed the case. For the price that you pay, a more ´permanent´ reception occupancy would be expected, at least until 19h00 or even 20h00. There is no elevator to the first floor, and seeing that it is a city-center building, the ceilings are high, so the amount of flights on the stairs are many. Writing a message on the door to apologise for the lack of an elevator, but getting free fitness, is just asking for problems because not all have the same humor.

A very modern posh place just around the corner of the famous Vrijthof and the City Center of Maastricht. 2mins to reach lots of restaurants, the river Maas and all attractions of the City. Very friendly and supportive service of the staff.

The heating options very not all useable. For such a central spot it was quite calm. Though there are often the cars to be heard which are posing on the streets surounding the block. there are not much options to open windows and get fresh air into the rooms.

I did inform in advance that I will be arriving after 5:00 PM. They send me a confirmation that they saw my request. However, I arrive and the entrance was locked. I rang the bell, called and no one answered. I stayed outside in freezing cold weather for about 30-45 minutes. My friend tried calling them after that they answered and let us in. The arrival and check in was so frustrating.

We arrived on a very hot day and the staff had been sent home however a quick phone call and the staff talked me through the access codes and direction to my room. Parking was just down the road in a locked garage. The location was perfect for the town square and close to the shops and river. Found a great brewery over the river, Stadsbrouwerij. Good selection of beers and great food.

We have stayed here more than ten times but renting the penthouse was a first. A light-flooded space with a large terrace, it has the same excellent facilities and cool, modern classic interior (Alessi furniture) as all apartments at Urban Residences. The light and the class walls of the penthouse are a delight.

The apartments are situated in the converted Maastricht main post office from 1914, a national monument, with many corridors and staircases. No elevators.

If you find yourself in Maastricht, this place is an unbeatable value-for-money choice! Whether you're in town for a short visit or a longer stay, it has everything you need. The apartment is spacious, stylishly decorated, and equipped with modern amenities, all in a perfect central location. You'll be just steps away from the city's top attractions and amenities. I would undoubtedly stay here again!

The room was spacious enough for three of us. The bed linen was clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep. The water pressure of shower was strong and the quality of shampoo and shower gel were good. The quality of dishes and dish washer were pretty high.

The location of the affliated garage was further than expected. You have to return the garage key to the reception which is troublesome. There was an underground parking much closer to the property. We wish we could have parked there!
