Lovely room, clean and tidy. Shower great with toiletries provided. The room and beds were warm and comfortable. There was a hairdryer, teas and coffee’s provided in the room. Excellent location with shops, restaurants in walking distance. On arrival we were met with a lovely, friendly host.

Very poor breakfast choice! We arrived within the allocated time and were told that the breakfast items had all gone. No offer to replace. Se we had toast. Not a continental as expected. The rude man told us they had cooked enough but people were taking multiple items so they had ran out! How long does it take to run to the shop for eggs?. Shame as everything else was great.

Brilliant location for everything in Brixton. I read the reviews beforehand and was aware of the weird pipework in the bedroom and that some of the flat may be in need some renovation but honestly - for the price I was really happy to have a little pad all to myself instead of a soulless premier inn room. I thought it was excellent value for money. The internet was good, the bed was very comfy and everything was clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for cooking. I will use this place again.

Great location, pretty quiet despite being on a busy street. Nice bedroom, quite small living room with a decent enough sofa bed. Tiny kitchen, but functional enough.

Nice well connected location and 5 - 10 minute walk from Brixton Underground. The apartment is a nice and affordable and pretty much ideal for 1 or 2 people.

Pictures look better and the batroom could do with a extractor fan.

the location was great, all the facilities you needed with kitchen fully equipped too. Clean & cosy.

Access on arrival was tricky. We were unable to make the check in so couldn’t get into the building & had to rely on a resident to let us in. once I’m the key to the apartment with building access was available. But quite stressful not knowing if we could get in.

Only toilet was through the bedroom so people sleeping on the sofa bed had to come through to use the toilet

location very close to Brixton Tube station and Brixton Academy where we were attending a gig that night.
