Beds were comfortable, room was clean, eco friendly. Breakfast area was nice and clean. We were pleased with stay.

Not much sound proofing between rooms or in hallways. While it was a newer, nicely designed room, it had a tile off the wall in bathroom and wallpaper off the walls. But I wasn’t there for a home inspection. Just a visit. So overall it was a good stay.

The location, staff and rooms were perfect. I went to Holland for the Tulip Festival so, my stay was one night only. I plan on staying there my next time in Holland.

There is nothing negative about this property or staff.

Is a very nice hotel excellent location close to downtown: two nice restaurants and shopping the rooms very clean good breakfast. We really like it. Stay over there couple days. I really recommend it to everybody. Thank you.

Clean, modern, great location

The clear bathroom door woke people up when someone was in the bathroom. One time, when our room was being cleaned, they forgot to give us toilet paper and left a full bathroom trash can.

Breakfast was nice but a few items had run out and were not replaced. Good selection.

The cloth chairs need to be cleaned. The toilet in our room was low making it difficult for seniors to rise up.

The breakfast was good. The location is great - many stores and things to do nearby. The room was very clean and I felt very comfortable. The literal only thing I wish the hotel had is a hot tub. Everything else was great! The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcome!

The pool was very small. I've stayed at hotels with hot tubs this size. Not great for kids to play. Fridge and microwave were so well hidden they were hard to find! Frosted glass door to bathroom might be uncomfortable with certain families/groups. The energy-saving feature of needing to have the key card in the slot by the door does not work well with an impulsive child who likes to experiment with such things.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the variety in the breakfast options. We also like the outside seating.

Got there later in the morning the first day which might have contributed to being just average. Second morning was not as good as the first day.

We had a suite which was very nice. A door between the bedroom area and vanity area would be very nice.

It is new, clean, fresh smell when you walk in. Good parking, right across the street from restaurants and stores. The pool is super hot which is so nice.

The towels were not refreshed in the pool often so we had to go get our own.
