Beautiful resort set on a picturesque private beach. The staff go absolutely above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. There's plenty of dining options with a number of on-site restaurants and the buffet breakfast is something! Also enjoyed the spa and gym and had an amazing spa day. Would absolutely recommend the Sheraton and it's lovely and committed staff.

This is not the fault of the staff in any way but I found it absolutely appalling to witness other hotel guests treat the staff rudely. I witnessed no "thank you" or "please" and general rudeness, yelling and even clicking of fingers and treating the hard working staff like second rate citizens. It was so appalling to see that I strongly believe that management should step in and protect those staff from rude guests as it also impacts the enjoyment of other guests to witness such rudeness as we feel powerless to help at times.

Everything was so clean and spotless. The cleaning crew did come everyday to help maintain it. We were so close to the beach. Walking distance to touch the water.

The beach in front of our villa was dirty. We had to keep removing trash. Although we did not swim in it, trash should be cleaned periodically here. It was a bit far from the city center but close to all the attractions. The dinner buffet was not good. Almost felt like the food leftover from breakfast and lunch was used. Need to have more selections in the “market” around the resort. Have to rent all of the dishes pans and spoons in the villa. It just made things a bit more difficult to warm up leftovers.

Very spacious villa, good facilities, friendly staff from check-in to restaurants to those managing the facilities. Very good breakfast buffet and restaurants (Italian is highly recommended).

Villa floor is a little worn/uneven prob due to age. Rest assured, not dangerous.

The villa was very spacious and the view was exceptional. Though the furniture and bathroom looked old .

Furniture in the room and no outdoor restaurant or activity to do at night.very boring in the evenings

We had a beach front villa which was huge with its own plunge pool. The villas are set in maintained landscaped grounds so there is still privacy. Big family room and very comfortable beds. A buggy or short walk to the main hotel facilities. Daily breakfast was awesome as was the food at the Wok and Curry. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Mint checked us in and out he was great. The managers were always visible making sure everything ran smoothly and standards maintained. We had Visa issues and Daniel helped us with that as well. The Vin bus made getting out and about easy and cabs were easy and cheap as well. Mini mart /village and other shops restaurants 5 minute cab away.

Everything was superb. We had a wonderful time. The staff in the restaurant and everywhere else was very helpful.

The rooms need a bit of more airing. If that is fixed then everything will be perfect

On beach front , have shuttle bus to nearby attractions , includes breakfast . Very responsive staffs overall , friendly and pleasant .

Lovely resort , We stayed at the 3 bedroom villa, which was very spacious and had a private swimming pool with stunning views. Lots of activities for the family and food options (including some halal options) which is great for muslim families. Extra points for proving a free shuttle to the nearest attractions including Vin wonders, Grand World and Safari and arranging transportation

The Villas need maintenance , furniture as well , wooden floors need to be changed , some areas got mold , AC was leaking in one of the rooms and we sighted a few cockroaches in the villa. Nonetheless, the team took care of all that immediately!

No words could describe how good this hotel was. It was very clean, the staff are very welcoming, the shuttle bus was also punctual. The room was also very big and clean. The best part is the breakfast buffet. I have stayed in many hotels and this was by far the best as there was many selection of food and beverages.

The room I book was a 6 pax room so I was given a family room with sea view. However, there were 3 beds each to be shared by 2 people. Two of the beds were very small and I think it is more of a 4 pax room than a 6 pax room.
