What we liked the best was the staff. They were happy to help always and had everything we needed and answered every question we had. I didn't eat the breakfast but that's just because I don't eat breakfast. Others with me did eat and said it was good. The location was great because our business was within a few miles of there.

I would have appreciated someone coming in and replacing the towels every few days, since we were there 5 nights. We had to ask for towels after we put ours outside the room. No one brought us any more or left any in the room.

I booked the wrong date ( I should never use my phone for business, just to small of a screen) the manager was very helpful about correcting my error, BUT BOOKING.COM IS STALLING ON GETTING A REFUND FOR THE WRONG DATE. STALL AND EVEN LIE ABOUT CONTACTING THE PROPERTY. BOOKING.COM COUSTOMER SERVICE REP TOLD ME THEY HAD TRIED TO CALL AND WERE CALLING AT THAT MOMENT SAYING THE PHONE IS RINGING AT THE PROIPERTY WHILE I WAS STANDING WITH THE MANAGER AT THE FRONT DESK, IS BE NO SUPEIST BUT THE PHONE THERE WAS NOT RINGING. THEN THE REP TOLLD ME THE PHONE # THEY WERE CALLING, BELIVE IT OR NOT IT WAS NOT THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE PROPERTY---STALL AND LIE IS THE MOTO OF BOOKING .COM----THE PROPERTY IS EXELENT, BOOKING,COM NEVER AGAIN IF POSSABLE USE ANYONE ELSE FOR YOUR ONLINE BOOKING---

The breakfast staff Dominique and Betty were so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to fix the pancake machine so my Lil guy could have his pancakes. The front desk lady was super helpful with printing out a document for me as well.

When we first checked in, the gentleman was kind of short and kept disappearing, leaving a person who was training by himself while he had a conversation with a friend in the breakfast area. Would have been nice to have full focus.

I loved how clean it was, how kind and amazing the staff was. The breakfast was great. The shower/bath water got very hot. The pool and hot tub were extremely relaxing. I want to double acknowledge the staff for being so kind and helpful.

The only complaint I had is the coffee could be a bit stronger in the morning. Everything else was fantastic.

Great Breakfast. Nice selection from cinnamon rolls, fruit to yogurt. I had the cheese omelet. Location is within every single business, shopping center, restaurant, anyone would need.

Hot tub was down and that was one of the reasons we chose the hotel.

We loved our stay! The location was really easy to get to off of the highway. The staff was super friendly. They gladly assisted us with finding a late night supper.

The jacuzzi tub was a nice relax after a long day. We just decided to get away for one night. The hotel is close to interstate and good restaurants. But quiet and secluded

Maybe looking out the window and seeing a construction equipment storage yard. Our stay happened to be while they were renewing the pool area. During the night I got up to walk to the vending area and the coke machine was sold out

It was nice and nicer for the price... weekday 1 bed

The pool could have been a tiny bit warmer... and the hot tub: a tiny bit cooler... but still good.
