Big room, very comfy beds Close to the city centre and the Christmas markets Excelent breakfast

The heating system did not work, fortunately we did not spend a lot of time in the room, but it was pretty cold. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom

Breakfast choice was excellent - hot and cold options. Large room with a comfortable double bed The hotel is not located in the super touristy part of town near the cathedral but is close to an area with pedestrianised shopping street and more local bars and restaurants

The room was VERY hot at night and temperature was centrally controlled - the only option was to put the fan on but that didn't do very much. I was very hot all night and didn't use the duvet The water pressure in the shower was disappointing for a 4 star hotel - not very powerful at all

A lovely, plush hotel, perfectly located, & with comfortable rooms. The breakfast is excellent, & the bar lively.

The bath towels could be larger, no washcloths are provided, & the fee for room service (in addition to the food) is €10.

The hotel is very nice which provides a very exquisite and great variety of food for breakfast. The staff are really nice and helpful. When it was time for us to leave, they even booked the taxi for us to ensure we arrived on time at the airport.

Very nice and spacious room, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a rainshower, really nice. In the morning the breakfast buffet was extensive and everything was tasty. And you can park under the hotel for a price per night comparable to the other parkinggarages.

So originally I was disappointed as I was in Cologne and chose the wrong Lindner! However it worked out very well. I was able to park opposite in a car park that gave me a deal as I was there for a few days. It was the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in and my family has been in the hotel industry. Although it was further than I planned Cologne is quite small so I could easily walk everywhere and it is right next to a metro station so that worked out better and cheaper than my original choice. It was quiet and although I do not eat breakfast I ate dinner once and although it was different food to what I am used to the staff were really nice and friendly and it did not matter at all that I was on my own. I would really recommend this hotel and was impressed by how nice everyone was - Dankeshon!

It was all good and Cologne is a really nice city as well.

I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience from check in to check out it was amazing especially check in was great. The girl I don't remember her name but I gifted her a Jacket only because she was amazing during Check In. We didn't liked the view of first room and she changed right away and gives us the room with a nice view I am so grateful to her for a very warm welcome and smooth check In. First impression is the final impression so that girl is doing wonderful job which ultimately benefiting the hotel. Rest the room the breakfast and everything was perfect & I will be definitely staying again on my visit to Koln.

I liked everything

Well located, close to city center in a quiet area. Breakfast was excellent , best I ever had in this part of the world. Super comfortable rooms. Great design. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, gave us useful tips and delivered them with such joy and enthusiasm that we were immediately sold on all her recommendations.

The only thing that made my stay less than ideal was the rude staff. Somewhere between reception and breakfast lounge the information got lost, so someone would come every 2-3 minutes to tell me that breakfast was not included. I explained we had opted in after checking in, but they kept worryingly insisting that we need to solve “the problem”, while we were eating. Quite unpleasant.

Honestly I stay in a lot of hotels and I rarely give 10s, but this one deserves it! First of all, lovely facilities. The sauna is great and the lobby beautiful. The gym is also nice. Every staff member was friendly to deal with. Special shout-out to Basel (night receptionist), Florian (day receptionist) and Carol (manager). I’ve rarely seen a hotel room as clean as this. When there was a problem during my stay, Basel, Florian, and Carol worked quickly to fix the problem. So thanks to them! Also housekeeping here does a good job. There are also plenty of towels, slippers, and robes provided. Some good teas are in the rooms as well. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is a 15 minute straight walk from Koln Central Station. You just head West and you’ll see the hotel on your right, couldn’t be easier to find! Which is good because I arrived late at night.

Breakfast is spendy, €30 if you try to book the day of, and €20 if you book in advance. The breakfast is good, but it’s just a lot of money.

As mentioned above, the rooms were very good, the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant and the breakfast was absolutely gorgeous, every taste catered for.

The rooms we were given were lovely and beds very comfortable. The only criticism we had was the glass door to the bathroom. The handle to open and close was difficult to grip added by the weight of the door. It also made quite a noise going in or out of the room, no possibility of a quiet trip in the middle of the night to the toilet! Apart from that it was very good.
