I did not opt for the breakfast, but the location was exactly right for my purpose. The rooms were large and spacious and there was adequate furniture including a good office chair. The beds were quite comfortable, The Wifi was fast I liked the greenery in the hotel premises. Room service was prompt and the food was good

I actually wanted breakfast in the room but couldnt find any breakfast options in the menu folder in the room. The fan was terribly noisy, The air conditioner was not cooling efficiently, There were no hand towels or face towels There was no hot water, or it was taking a very long time for the water to get heated The pillows were a bit too soft; they could have been firmer

Khokan, Deepak, Subham and Nick are wonderful, made us feel at home. They were very attentive and friendly staff. Always smiling and focus on making their guest feel happy and comfortable. I want to give a huge shout out to Mr. Partha (provided excellent service throughout our stay) thanks a lot Fatima, thank you for your help and always smiling, keep up the good work. I always wanted to stay at The Fern and finally got the opportunity. For me it was a fantastic location to visit my family. Wish we had more time to explore. Thank you for everything. Had a wonderful time at The Fern.

Our original room was affected by some building noise, and Mr Prasad and Mr Vijay were very helpful in moving us to a quieter room. Their help was much appreciated. The restaurant and room service staff were all excellent, and the food was good. We loved the large, clean swimming pool too.

The monotonous jazz music in the restaurant and reception.

I liked the cleanliness of the surrounding and inside the room. The room was quite specious...and reception staff were cooperative...I loved the food quality. It was awesome..and this hotel is 15 minutes away from Dabholim Airport so commuting was very easy.

The approaching road towards high way needs filling with murum and stone pieces to mention the height with high way.
