I arrived by train and the hotel was just a 10-15 minute walk from the station. It is a lovely old building that is very well-kept and smart inside. I got there well after the reception had shut (8pm), but on informing them some days before I would be late they sent me a combination code to enter the hotel and instructions on entry and my room key was in an envelope on the counter as promised. My room (which was a smaller one as requested) was pleasant if plain. There was no tea or coffee in the room but facilities were available for this 24 hours in the lounge. There was complimentary water. The aircon was very effective and the room was very quiet. The showerroom was also fine. The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the old city. Breakfast is in a very nice spacious room (or you can sit in the courtyard) and it was very good and fresh and plentiful. The staff were very polite and professional. In all I think this hotel was a very good standard and great value for money.

We really liked the fact that the room was in the courtyard as it was quiet - which we liked. The bed was big and comfortable too. We liked the relaxing sofa and also that there was a fridge in the room. The lady on reception was extremely helpful, kind and lovely to talk to and very welcoming; especially as when we arrived we were very hot and tired.

Usually in our experience as we travel quite a bit around the world, you would normally in a boutique hotel have a little basket of goodies in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc). Also, the breakfast was fine but I have never been asked to pay for a 3rd coffee! even in a cheap travel lodge. So maybe a few extra touches would make all the difference.

Very conveniently located close to train station and main attractions. Breakfast pretty decent.

The room I had was tiny, couldn’t even open the suitcase if it wasn’t on the bed, but when I walked past other rooms being cleaned they were much more spacious, so I guess check carefully what size the room is when you are booking

Those who love antiquity and vintage style will like this hotel very much.. It is a very cute vintage style hotel with a good location and nice staff...recommended

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A good location, a short walk from the old city. The interior of the hotel was as beautiful as it looks in the photos. There was a comfortable seating area for guests, which we used when planning our day’s activities. Our room was small but comfortable and we slept well. There was a good variety of breakfast foods available and we appreciated having breakfast included in our very reasonable room rate. We felt that the hotel was excellent value overall.

On our final night, we were able to hear noise from the next door bedroom, although that was probably because the couple next door were raising voices and banging doors.

Excellent customer service from check in through breakfast to check out. Environment was inviting and comfortable. The front desk staff was kind, professional, and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. I love how each room is different and beautiful in its own way. Breakfast was delicious and the courtyard was peaceful. The perfect place to sip on a coffee while planning your day. Excellent location to all of the attractions in Verona. The front desk even called and made a dinner reservation for us at a wonderful local place. I could not recommend this hotel more.

Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles but is very close to the hotel.

The staff were really friendly, and we had a great welcome experience - we turned up at 11am expecting to just be able to leave our luggage but the room was ready which was fab. The actual hotel itself is in a lovely traditional building, and the breakfast was in a 'secret garden' which was fun. The morning staff at breakfast were extremely friendly, attentive and the cappuccino was great. Location was a 10 minute walk from the train station, and a short walk into the main town.

I was worried that the hotel was called 'adults only' because I was travelling with my 16 year old son, but I need not have worried as they only say this because the rooms are on the first floor so they want to make sure everyone that stays is able to get to the room safely.

Very friendly staff. I was in the appartment. Superbly comfortable and the first Italian hotel where I could make proper tasting English tea. Superb location, walking distance from the station and the city centre sights. Good recommendations for local restaurants from the staff. Car parking is €15 a night at a secure private multistorey car park about 200 metres away.

Some traffic noise up to midnight as is typical in Italian towns and cities but close the windows and you don't really notice it.

We booked a “secret garden” room with direct access to the courtyard and breakfast area. The lower room was large and well-equipped with a sofa, TV, fridge and kettle - with the bed on a mezzanine level. The bathroom was large as was the shower recess, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast included typical sweet and savoury selections plus boiled eggs. Coffee was to order. The hotel is an easy walk from the station, and to the major tourist sites and shopping areas. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were bright and cheerful. Would be happy to stay again.

Beautiful, picturesque hotel in peaceful area. A bit far from historic centre, but easily reachable by foot. I travelled alone so my hotel room was small, but I didn't need more space. Bathroom was recently renovated, beautiful red tile wall left visible. Basic breakfast but it was served in romantic secret garden. If you want your stay to be in memorable place, book this!

A window directly from my room to patio was a bit awkward, because room had no covering curtains. Noice from other rooms was quite clear some times but didn't bother me that much. If you have trouble sleeping, take some ear plugs with you.
