The bars had really weird hours and the staff was really not friendly or welcoming. pool bar was supposed to open at 11 and the staff were clumped together chatting at 11 and told us it will open at 11:30...it opened at 12:00 while the music was thumping no drinks.... and it closed early inside bar and out... the bar and bar staff really were the only disappointment during our stay

Beautiful property with beautiful views Very kid friendly Food was okay Hotel store could of been open more hours closed on Saturday was a little annoying Room was big and spacious can be updated but we were there more for the pools and the ocean and that definitely succeeded. Had a pleasant stay would definitely go again.

Accommodations and service by staff. Breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon. Overall, I had a great experience.

The location, private hotel beach, neighborhood supermarket, restaurants and local beaches were great.

The breakfast could be upgraded by simply adding fresh pineapple and papaya, as well as plain yogurt with no artificial/ poisonous sweeteners. The hotel needs an upgrade: clean the balconies below the rooms. There was a dead pigeon, old bathing suits on the balcony below our room. The carpets looked old. The bathroom had rust and peeling paint. The tub did not drain properly. I got bites in the King bed of room 2318 at my Dorado Embassy Hilton stay. That bed very likely has bed bugs. I am worried about bed bugs in my luggage now. Finally, I encourage less use of plastic ware in general. Try compostable products instead and provide recycle bins please.

Breakfast was great. Made to order omelets, sausage, potatoes, French toast were staples for breakfast. Only one day did they bring out fresh cut fruit like pineapple and melons. Wish we could of had more of that. Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Room was clean along with the rest of the hotel. The pool is not heated. it had been overcast and rainy for several days before we arrived so the pool was pretty chilly but warmed up after a few days in the sun. Never really warm but tolerable. No one under 18 is allowed in the hot tub even if accompanied by an adult which was a bummer because of the cold pool. It was only really enforced on weekends when security was around but prepare for the kids to get the boot!

The pool is not heated. No one under the age of 18 allowed in the hut tub even with an adult. Line for happy hour to get free drinks was was usually ~20 minutes unless you got there right at 5:30. Pool lounge chairs were filled by 10:00 so get out there early!!

Scramble, egg, sausage, home-potato, oatmeal omelette, apple, orange , cereal, they have vacated spot, coffee, tea, soda.

We loved the location of the property in Dorado and how close the beach was.

Could not get ahold of property prior to visiting to confirm reservation or to speak with anyone prior. Also prices changed from booking.com to when we arrived to pay.

The staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly. The pool is impressive and it had beach access. The lobby area was nice. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The property itself was great.

The room was very dated and didn't seem to match the beautiful grounds. I was disappointed when I walked in and further let down as it smelled damp and moldy.

Breakfast arrangements were pretty decent. Did not use pool. Beach was accessible and great.
