location and staff. The hotel is in a very central location and easy to get to. Staff were all very polite and helpful.

there are no light switches near the bed, so if you are reading for example and then wish to turn the lights off, you must get up and walk to the other side of the room to find the switch. You are then plunged into total darkness. you need to put light switches near the bed, and plugs to charge phones too. Breakfast was good but service very very slow.

Great price for the level 6 location- safe and clean. But there were no amenities- the spa is tiny and a bit disorganized, the rooftop area turns into 20 something watering hole and a female reception employee got away with my umbrella case - literally stole it and pretended that I never hand it to her. Quite bizarre, but I suppose she needed it badly. All in all, it’s a great value for your money and it is the safest area in Bogota.

Lack of amenities

The location, restaurant, and facilities were very nice and clean. The servers at the restaurant were very nice and sweet. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and in a very cetral area.

The light switches in the room did not allow for the bathroom lights to be on if the bedroom lights were off. Also one of the bellmen asked a question, I answered, he ignored my response and asked my husband. My husband and I were puzzled. I understand these actions are not done on purpose but I write them on a review because educating staff on gender equality is important.

I travelled with my 2 kids, parents and my brother and his family in 3 rooms including the presidential suite. beautiful modern property close to everything. beautiful views, beautiful roof top bar. love the staff who take care of you. the hotel breakfast was incredible!! we originally planned to eat out more but ended up taking advantage of hotel breakfast multiple times.

this time around , room service didn’t replace toiletries , toilet paper mop the floor etc as much for the other two rooms in my booking. maybe they were short staffed because of the holidays. everyone was very nice and respectful though.

An extraordinary place, we absolutely loved it. The hotel’s location is great, no more than a half hour’s drive from pretty much everything to see in the city and located right in the middle of one of Bogota´s main shopping and restaurant centers. There’s even a bunch of restaurants sharing the building with the hotel itself – we tried the Mexican place on the top floor and it’s a total must go for anyone staying in the hotel, awesome food and drinks and stunning views of the city’s hills. Breakfast was also held on the top floor and was really good – shout out to Rodolfo who always made the utmost effort to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is also really well equipped for anyone travelling on business – great Wifi signal all over and a number of computers and printers available for guests to use also make it an ideal place to work, not to mention the many conference rooms the hotel has. The room itself was extremely comfortable and spacious and everything related to cleanliness and room service was always spot on. Very cool place, we will definitely be coming back.

We loved the location, and this was our first hotel in Bogota, so we were worried about safety. The area is lovely around a lovely grassy square where people sit. Lots of lovely restaurants around, and we did have a room with kitchenette, which we didn't use! As felt very safe wandering about. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Breakfast was excellent with lots of healthy (and less healthy) choices

No common area/bar belonging to hotel.

Good bed (though a bit on the soft side). Excellent bathroom. Well-appointed and functional room with nice balcony - all very comfortable. Good breakfast with fresh ingredients and eggs made to order. Polite and helpful staff.

Noise from the bars, restaurants and partying youths at street level was annoying even high up on the 8th floor.

Absolutely stunning building and architecture with lots of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Best place to stay in bogota.

From the arrival to the end, everything is just great. Breakfast is included, and you can chose local style food or any "western" style breakfast... The personell is impeccable and always helpful. The rooms (suites) are in perfect condition with plenty space. The hotel manager is often around and she is very polite, always assuring that the guests are satisfied. Top notch everything!

The location was wonderful, with many places to eat around the park and even a drugstore in the block. It felt safe and great to walk around. I was working remotely from there and the hotel provided great working space on the bedrooms and on the 4th floor. The views from the rooftop bar/breakfast were also great to work and get a fresh view of the mountains. Also the hotel is near zona T with many bars and even more restaurants. I definitely recommend it. Great beds and shower by the way.
