The staff were super friendly! I ended up needing some last minute paperwork and they printed it out for me, no problems, sure saved me!! The room was clean and well kept. Will be booking again for other college events in town!

The parking, too little of it. Too much traffic going thru their parking lot. The electrical plugs were too big for my phone chargers, for some reason. The plug kept falling out of most outlets.

I went down for breakfast from 6:15 to 7:00am. The earlier breakfast from 6:00 to 7:00am left a little to be desired. The few scrambled eggs that were left in the serving pan were cold and biscuits were old and hard as a rock! However, by the time my wife came down to eat at 7:15 the serving lady was back on duty and shed put out fresh hot scrambled eggs and warm soft biscuits! The rest of the breakfast items seemed fine.

The staff needed to put out Hot scrambled eggs and warm soft biscuits starting at 6:00am. Several folks had to eat breakfast before 7:00am, so they got stuck the few cold scrambled eggs that seemed to be left from the day before! The biscuits were hard as a rock and appeared to also be left over from the morning before! I almost broke my tooth trying to chew on one!

The staff from the front desk to the cleaners is outstanding. I only stay here when I visit my adult son in Denton. I have mistakenly stayed at another place and I wouldn't make that make mistake again. Anis welcomed me very late Thursday night when I arrived after a late flight into Love Field from California and he made me feel welcomed and comfortable right away. He's one of my favorite people there. Thank you!

There was a little bit of parking lot cement work being done but the workers made sure I could get in and out of the hotel parking lot. They were very nice as well. So although inconvenient, not bad at all. Thanks.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. Very close to UNT which was what we needed.

They were doing construction on the parking lot and had every single entrance blocked. We had to park really far away. A heads up would have been helpful. I told the front desk and they said that 1 of the entrances should have been opened. It was not. I even saw a frustrated guest just run over a cone to get in. After that I noticed they moved that cone so people could have 1 point of access. Just poor planning in my opinion on a busy Saturday (day and night) with a hotel full of dance teams.

Good location for attending events at UNT's track & field stadium. The pool is small but nice and there are several restaurants in walking distance, even though Texas is not really a walk around state. Nice dine in movie theater (Alamo Ale House) across the street.

Shampoo, body lotion and conditioner is delivered in small bottles. That does not strike me as environmentally friendly. It creates a lot of plastic waste. There should be refillable bottles mounted in the shower and sink area.

The ac unit was leaking water leaving a puddle on the carpet. It felt nasty to walk on it without shoes. We spoke to staff about it and said maintenance was going the next day and offered to take towels for the area but nothing was done about it.

This hotel is in close proximity to UNT & many stores/restaurants in the area. The staff was very helpful and promptly delivered extra towels upon request.

The mattress in pull-out sofa is not the best, but it works if extra bed space is needed. It is best suited for children or smaller guests.

Location is perfect along the main freeway. The price is very reasonable almost half of the those other hotels near by

The door on room 126 is hard to open and close.

Nice clean quiet comfortable easy access fantastic facility close to where I needed to be when I needed to be there

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about the facility property and staff

Easy access location, nice clean rooms with excellent air conditioning and nice bathrooms, very comfortable. Complimentary morning breakfast good with multiple choices to please the whole family. Nice staff and proportionally moderate pricing.
