The staff was excellent and location was amazing

I felt the room was not as good as it should’ve been. Bathroom was amazing but you can tell where the money spent was put towards. Bed were uncomfortable and room had very weird smell

Best value as the name. Very good experience. Queen bed, clean. Even though next to the main road, not too noisy.

There are no restaurants and grocery stores near by. So if you need something to eat or buy, get them somewhere downtown.

the room is basic but clean and comfortable. ended up extending my stay a couple days. right next to the bus line that takes you to the transit/greyhound station and historic area.

the front desk is closed, so everything is done through the night window. but only a minor inconvenience.

The broken ac was fixed when we returned, pretty quiet, nice staff.

No coffee maker, floors weren’t mopped, no soap or shampoo

Rooms were clean and great quality. It looked like the rooms were renovated. Front desk assistant was nice. Quiet place to relax and sleep

Spacious, closer to downtown and Quick Bites. Decent amount of furniture in the room, parking spaces, staff.

Stains on the sofa and one of the bed sheets. Towels were off color white. Fewer toiletries. Bed frame clanking noise everytime you sit at the end.

Big gap under door, cars idling outside were noisy in the morning.

There was no breakfast....the staff were really nice and the bed was wonderful. It was nice to have a microwave. The air conditional worked well, once we tied the curtain back from trapping all the cool air.

The stool was loose. The paper really thin. The freezer needed defrosting (so thick with ice it could not hold anything else).
