I didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast because the king size bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The room was very clean comfortable and quiet.

House keeping could've came by a lil later, but I know thst they had a job to do. Between the comfortable bed and relaxing shower, it makes you not wanting to leave your room.

The rooms were very comfortable and I really liked the desk working space area. I'm very picky about hotel pillows and the pillows were the most comfortable I've had versus at other hotels. The staff was friendly and great! I didn't have the chance to try out the breakfast because of my schedule, but the aroma from the breakfast area was wonderful and I will absolutely not miss the breakfast next time I stay there!

The motel is very nice, the best one from my past visits. My two rooms were connected that was good. The price was good too.

I asked for a handicap room and I didn't get one. I had two friends that are over 70 and needed that washroom to be handicapped. Also the pool water didn't look clean.

The beds and the pullout couch were very comfortable. I liked the entrance room with the laminate floor and two TVs. Worked well with a family situation. The refrigerator and microwave were very convenient to have in the room.

I stayed in room 3061 at the s. 13th street, Milwaukee, WI at Comfort Suites. There was a piece in the back of the microwave where it looked like something metal was placed in it and operated. The bathroom door would not open all of the way, it hit the toilet. Maybe a barn door would work better and look marvelous, Grout was missing in between the floor tiles in the bathroom. Also, the wall is unfinished behind the door in the bathroom, The carpeting in the hallways on the 3rd floor is dirty, wrinkled, and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Got there a little earlier than expected but there was no problem and got a room right away. The room we got was in the perfect location in the hotel and was very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating

There was a lot of garbage that blew onto our patio. Latex gloves, plastic bags, and a beer can on the ground right next to the table and chairs.

Reasonably priced. Great location. Nice sized rooms.

Housekeeping could’ve been better. Found a fry covered in ants upon our arrival. They did come right away to clean it up. Pull out couch was full of chips. Pool corners had dirt gathered in them. The kiddie pool was awesome though. Just felt like housekeeping only did surface cleaning in between guests and a better deep clean should’ve been done.

They remodeled and it sure made a huge difference in my stay!

They only problem I had the 1st day was hot tub was down it was supposed to be down for awhile, then it was fixed the next day! I was so excited to see that. I think by the pool there should be some grip strips for walking in some spots it's pretty slippery

Bed was very comfortable. Also, the room was very clean and breakfast was good too!

Parking. I was not comfortable at all. I don't think there is enough lighting. I arrived back from a wedding at 10pm and had to park in the back of the hotel with very little lighting. I was not comfortable walking by myself. However, I did, and nothing happened but this deters me from booking here again when traveling alone.

It was good. There was enough variety to choose from. The room was spacious, with all the amenities one might need. The bed was very comfortable, too.

My room was just a short distance from the elevator, which for walking is good. The downside means there is more traffic in the hallway.

Our room was very clean and the bed was heavenly. We had a quiet room and had no issues or complaints with the staff or other guests that were staying there. The hotel was in a perfect location and close to many restaurants/fast food locations.

There was only one elevator which was shared with the cleaning staff. There should be two elevators so the cleaning staff and guests can access whatever floor they need to get to more conveniently.
