Julina Boutique Living is a beautiful charming boutique hotel in the heart of Malta. Carmen and her husband are exceptional hosts. They made us feel very comfortable and their attention to detail is second to none. They gave us the most comfortable stay during a personal difficult time. We have nothing but praise during our stay.

Carmen, the amazing proprietor has transformed a 300 year old house into a warm and inviting Boutique Bed and Breakfast..Each bedroom is artfully decorated. A breakfast buffet is available each morning in a room with stone arches on the ceiling and 300 year old tiles on the floor. It is close to the Mosta Cathedral where the WWll miracle took place, and to many wonderful restaurants serving traditional Malta entrees. We especially enjoyed dinner at Ta Marija, followed by a traditional dance performance. Then a vivacious waitress who told us she was a former show girl led all the diners to the dace floor for a night to remember.

Breakfast was amazing. Lots of options including made to order scrambled eggs.

We liked everything. The place was wonderful. Chirs and Carmen were helpful and charming.

Julina isn’t just an hotel. Carmen and Chris have a special place that welcome visitors and provides the best posssible experience acording to witch person. All the love that they have for Julina is transmissible for the hosts and we felt good when we were there. We usually said that we were going home when were returning to our room. All the tips and recomendations were so important for our holidays. We also love their dogs!!! Thank you soo much to all Julina’s family: Carmen, Chris, Mimi, Andy, Ben, Wayne and Maria. Is case we return to Malta we will definitily stay again there.

There aren’t many things not to like. Only a construtive critic- the breaksfast could have some maltese pastry.

My stay at the property was simply perfect. Every detail was carefully curated, from the cozy atmosphere to the typical Maltese style that emanated from every corner. The impeccable cleanliness made my stay even more enjoyable, while the extraordinarily kind staff made every moment memorable. The delicious food and well-appointed amenities made the experience even more special. In summary, a comfortable, welcoming, and authentically Maltese stay that I can't wait to repeat.

Despite the property's dated appearance, it was evidently well-maintained and cared for, which is somewhat expected in Malta.

We loved our room. Absolutely gorgeous and stylish. Bed was super comfy. Bathroom was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the location as we were on the Island to see a concert at the Ta'Qali concert venue and it meant we could walk back to Julina Boutique Living and not have to wait for a Bolt after the event. We also visited Valetta and the Golden Sands beach and because the guesthouse was right in the middle of Malta, it made it really easy to get around the island. The owners were super helpful and gave us advice when we asked. They also let us borrow beach towels which really helped us as we were tight on space in our luggage. The location of the guesthouse in Mosta is great, really close to the main square and to the lovely City Bar who served the cheapest drinks ever! I would 100% recommend this place to stay.

We loved everything!

The hosts, Carmen and Chris, were exceptionally personable without ever being overbearing, exactly the right balance between welcoming us and giving us privacy. Nothing was too much for them, from making us impromptu restaurant reservations to giving museum advice. The rooms themselves were spacious and spotlessly clean, with good AC. The location was ideal, in the centre of Mosta, steps away from the church and restaurants, providing good bus access to Valletta and beyond. Really couldn't have asked for anything more and this boutique hotel represents excellent value for money.

The shower gel/ shampoo provided could have been presented better - but that is extreme nit picking! A room on a higher floor is perhaps better to avoid inevitable noise from guests arriving and opening the doors/using the lift.

Staying at Julina Boutique Living is like a visit with family who are very happy to see you. Carmen, Michelle, & Maria looked after my brother and I so well that we will be definitely repeat our stay. Our room was exactly the room we were expecting to stay in, and was very comfortable. Mosta is a traditional village, you will get a chance to experience proper Maltese life when staying at Julina.

This property oozes a family-run, friendly vibe. Carmen, Chris and Wayne were extremely hospitable and were around for any and every need. Check-in was a smooth and friendly process with Wayne. The room itself was lovely with a cute balcony to sit out and enjoy the silence. Communication prior to our arrival was great. We had a late flight to catch on the day we checked out and Carmen & Chris were more than generous to allow us to stay until we had to go to airport (at 8pm) against no extra cost. It's little gestures like this that go a long way and certainly made our last day more enjoyable. Can't think of a couple who are more perfect to run a place like this.

The only downside was how short our stay was

Wow! What a gem to find. Carmen & Chris were the very best hosts you could ask for. So friendly and helpful and hospitable. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are so nicely done. Everything was thought of. There is nothing we can say about this hotel that is negative. The eggs for breakfast were also the best we have ever had! You will not regret staying here. The location is nice and central to just about everywhere in Malta. Everything is easily reachable.
