The facilities are amazing and so are the staff! The waterlides keep the kids entertained for hours, and the pools are lots of fun, too! There is a lifeguard at the pool to keep the kids safe and the pool clean. They also have a park and mini golf, which the kids also loved. The staff went above and beyond, if you need anything just ask the front staff and they will help you out! The front reception area is also equipped with basically anything you need, so don't worry about forgetting anything. Oh, and they have the best ice cream and pizza too! They have a variety of different rooms, which I think is great, so maybe next time we will explore other options. We will definitely be back!

We rented a spacious 3 bedroom cabin which was homey and lovely. With a private outside patio a BBQ we were able to spend lovely family moments together. The pool and slide was also a really fun activity, and we didn't get to the mini golf, but it seemed that this would have been a very fun place for children a little younger than ours, even though our 13 and 15yrs olds had a great time.

We really loved everything, the check in was easy, there was a on site convenience store, and the location was right near the beach and the town of qualicum.

Great staff. There is fresh made pizza and homemade ice cream on site. A staff member treated our dog Levi to a little doggie ice cream cone. Between the cone and having attention lavished upon him, he was in heaven. We love pet friendly places and friendly staff, and this resort is exactly what we were looking for over the Thanksgiving weekend. It was also mine and my husband's anniversary. It was perfect!

There wasn't anything we didn't like. We found our 2 night stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Came in off season, so was really quiet. Rented nice 2 bedroom little cabin with full kitchen , lots of room for myself and family. Had a fireplace Pet friendly. Friendly staff. Staff were quick to resolve issues.

Hvac wasn't working but the staff sent a maintenance man right away . He was very quick to loan me a couple of space heaters as the hvac wasn't immediately fixable and no other cabin was available. staff gave me firewood.

The pool,mini golf and conscience store. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great

I would have liked to have some place to hang items…no closet. As well as a shelf in the bathroom for tooth brushes and other items

The amenities such as the water slide. I liked how it was a pool party theme with good music. There was a lifeguard there which was amazing. The staff were incredible and we liked that the pool seemed warm in the afternoon.

Under bed and patio door sills dirty with crumbs and floor mat was wet inside and could use to be replaced. Bathroom door was sticky. Unit 21

Our stay with our kids and grandkids was absolutely amazing! The pool, slides, park and mini golf provided so much to do for all. And we were only a 4 minute walk to the beach for some great exploring. Staff were amazing! Thank you all!

We love Riverside resort we would highly recommend it to anyone great for kids close to all the fun things to do in Qualicum in Parksville

there was so much for my kids to do, it was super clean, tons of staff to help with anything we needed, the pool and slide was a major hit with my kids, and we were able to have other families come visit for the day.

Loved the pool and slides, play park, handy shop on site (incredible ice cream!) and friendly staff. Convenient location. All very reasonable value for money. Safe and family friendly. Apartments newly refurbished and great common lawn area too.

Main pool toilets were in a pretty bad state - just meant that you went back to your apartment though.
